“STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Worst of the worst, I told Alban I did not want to be in default with my creditor and he told me I was not, then he put the biggest charlatan I've ever spoken to Kenny Stevens "supposedly the manager" and told me the contract we signed states we are not defaulting but guess what? They asked me to call my bank to revoke ACH drafts to LCF which caused a $5,000 increase in my debt, not only that but they also blocked my processor. What you do to people to make some bucks is a shame.”
“This company capitalizes on people's lack of knowledge that they can negotiate settlements with MCAs on their own. I decided to drop out of the program and asked for a refund, but they refused. Total scam artists!”
“I own a small business and was contacted by MCA in hopes of helping my company during our hardship in regards to financial relief for a loan repayment. In the beginning they were constantly in contact with me and seemed like a huge benefit. I consulted my financial advisor and after reviewing what they were offering we decided to go into an agreement. We went through all the necessary steps and procedures and starting paying off the debt. They also informed us that they would contact our original loan company and settle with them for a lessor amount and that we no longer would have to deal with them because MCA was advising them that they were taking over our account. We were told that the first week the old lender would attempt to contact us but to inform them to contact MCA directly moving forward. Unfortunately the calls, emails, letters, etc never ceased as we were told and about six or seven months into the agreement we received an email requesting us to set up our account to get started. This was puzzling since we had already been paying them for over half a year. My financial advisor assumed it had to be a mistake and so we reached out to them to get the situation rectified. Upon talking to them further we were informed that we needed to start the entire process over and that they had never contacted our original lender which explains why the contact continued. We had also reached out a few months in to let them know that they were still contacting us but we were never told that our account needed to be restarted. It wasn't until I received a phone call requesting me to make an extra payment outside of our repayment schedule that I knew this was more than just a mistake or a misunderstanding. I contacted our representative that I had been in contact with this whole process only to be told that he was never my representative and only a customer service agent. The whole ordeal took a turn for the worse and it ended in me having to do a stop payment with my bank as well as threatening legal action to find out where all the money I had paid went to. After about two months they contacted me about a reimbursement but no one is able to tell me what the amount of the reimbursement will be or the date it will be deposited back into my account. I was told only the accounting department could give me those details but that they do not have a contact number. I have emailed the supervisor of the accounting department Micheal Shelby but have yet to receive any correspondence back. I would not recommend utilizing them for any business dealing financial or other wise. This was a complete waste of my companies time and has set us even further back then we started.”
“Everything" they don't help me they just charge me take money from me they complicate everything i almost lose my business because I truly trust them they are a scammers. They don answer. Especially Vicky Cruz is the worst don't trust them they are a scammers. They just going to take your money and do nothing.”
“Total scam I canceled after 6 days and they immediately started asking for money after 2 days before doing anything, all using fake names which I didn’t understand why, other than they are SHADY , did nothing and are still trying to charge me after I canceled . Called BBB and they have a F rating , you can negotiate yourself , stay away from this people !!”
“Absolutely a SCAM. Enrolled with a Email GUARANTEE of settle amount with all fees included. 6 payments from being completed and paid in full they advise they have to extend my bi weekly payments by over $400ea and stretch them out a additional 2 months. Absolutely false advertising and a fraudulent company. They tell you one thing via email and when you agree, they send you a contract to sign that states opposite of what was just told to you via email. False pretenses and EXTREMELY rude. I have had to involve legal counsel at this point.”
“MCA Debt Advisors is a SCAM!!!!, they claim to help with your debt by negotiating the interest rate with your current debt but they never do, you start making payments until you realize that they don’t have anyone work on making a new deal, then when you stop making payments they cancel your agreement and claim that you have fees for all the work the have done, when they return your money they keep most of it as payment, they have scammed me of over $3000”
“This company will do nothing you can't do directly with your lender. They will ask you to place stop payment on ACH, making you default on all loans/advances. Then, the lenders will stack on thousands of dollars.
All this time you are sending money into escrow. When you cancel, they will keep 95% of what you paid in for legal fees”
“The worst ever they we’re supposed to help me with two accounts they help me with one they charge me $7000 we settled on one for 14K and I owed them 16k with their 7000 came to $21,000 so I could have paid them the 16k and saved money so after they settle the firs Acct they wanted to charge me for the 2nd Acct so this company just wants your money I did all the work the just told me don’t answer your creditors phone calls SCAM SCAM SCAM”
“My advice is to just stay away, I realize as small business owners we are not able to get funding like we need. So these Merchant cash advances prey on us and some of us can pay them back and some cannot. Whatever you do, don't use MCA. They are a half ass company meaning they do half the job and not the entire. I now owe more than I did when I first started because of a judgement rendered on me. They didn't even answer the complaint on my behalf. Instead they hid behind emails and text messages. I will stop short of calling them a scam company but they don't have competent people in place to help resolve big cash advance amounts over $5,000.”
