“Great experience overall, from start to finish i knew exactly what was happening, my only advice would be to pay the extra 100 euros for pain free numbing of your head if you cant take a lot of pain.”

“My experience with hair transplantation was fantastic, but the personal-patient relationship should be more welcoming. The airport shuttle was not made the best being rewarded with a city tour on the last day. The reality is not like the clinic's advertising video but I hope they solve this situation. Moreover, the transplant was a success and this is the most important.”

“Great procedure. No problems at all. I was asked if I was comfortable and ok throughout. Very professional and very happy with the result so far. Every thing was explained fully and in detail for aftercare. I would recommend MCAN for sure. Thank you.”

“During my experience with MCAN Health I've found more pros than cons but I want to explain them all: Pros: Good price (especially if compared to the prices on my country) great results (the results seem to be awesome), fantastic treatment (a huge thanks to the nurses, although sometimes was difficult to communicate with them in English). Finally, I want to say that the assistant, Saba, was really helpful and caring and she was the ultimate person who let me feel good and helped during my trip. Cons: I was promised a guided tour by the customer service, a man called José that doesn't work anymore with you, but at the end that wasn't the case. The new customer service operator, Ruvi, told us that such a thing is not offered in your clinic. In my opinion, and under the circumstances exposed, I think it should have been compensated in some way. I hardly doubt it would have been so difficult. Furthermore, 10 euros allegedly were compensate with the medicines but, again, this is not the case. On the other hand, the staff didn't know when I was going to leave and the date, actually, was agreed with customer service. At the end, that date was too soon to leave so I had to get my stitches removed in my hometown. Customer service didn't explain that I was going to pay for everything (medicines, hotel) and I felt quite tricked. Last year, I had a hair transplant in other clinic and I was perfectly explained that everything was completely included: medicines, hotel, a real guided tour, etc. Take care with this kind of things, please.”

“My experience with MCAN health was amazing. I had a Rhinoplasty almost three months ago. The people there are so caring! Even after surgery they take really good care of you. The hospital was super modern and clean and I had no pain afterwards. I’m also super happy with the result ♥️ THANK YOU Mcan!”

“To whom it may concern I've always wanted to get my hair done & over time it was thinning & getting me down so just recently I thought just go for it life’s to short & booked the services of mcan health services who I found online through some local research & booked my flight & head transplant there & then & Headed over immediately by myself. Fantastic service from start to finish by mcan, can’t fault them on anything from the initial inquiry with quick responses to the vip chauffeur services back & forward included & from the first class hotel & food included. The hair transplant went smooth & painless throughout & the staff & management were first class throughout the 2 days & very smart, professional & courteous throughout & the price was very reasonable & affordable compared to back home in Britain. I would recommend mcan services to anyone & everyone considering a hair transplant or any procedures considered. I’m happy to answer any concerns or replies to any one that needs some help or advice. “Absolutely worst clinic ever ,don't spend your money there. I did two hårtransplantations and a beard transplant , due to them doing a extremely poor job the first time, so they offered to fix the existing problems, which resulted in the exacted same result: poor extraction technique of the donor hair leaveing in the same state as before, minus even more scars and extracted hairs from my donor area. very unprofessional staff, and bad communication, they haven't followed up my development over the years even once. The bears transplant is also lacking, they didn't even try to fix even though I pointed it out for them before and after we meet.”

Dear Sameer, We are sorry that you are not happy with the result. After hearing from you, we have immediately examined our Patient Database and contacted you. You had your first hair transplant with us on March 2017. We worked both on your head and on the beard. After 15 months, on June 2018, based on the follow-up pictures sent by you we could see that some areas on the beard and on the head were still not dense enough and processed with a second transplanted (without any charge). Now, on your actual pictures, we can see that there is a significant change on the beard and on the head. On the crown area, you have lost more of your natural hair and consequently, it seems to be thinning. That is not regarding the transplanted hair which is completely immune to hair loss but to the natural one that is not a part of the hair transplant operation. “I received 2524 grafts. I arrived at the clinic at 9.30pm and I was back at my hotel by 4pm. The facilities are very high quality and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was collected and the airport and driven to appointment by a taxi which was provided. I stayed at troya hotel, the room good and breakfast was provided. Other than the local anesthetic injections there was very little discomfort. Overall I am very happy with the hair transplant so far.”

“Best trip for rhinoplasty I came from Holland to get a rhinoplasty. I’m so happy with the results and the whole trip went perfectly. The communication went well and my nose is healing good. I recommend this to everybody because I don’t have any pain and my nose is looking beautiful already.”

“The hospital was kept clean and sanitized at all times and the staff were courteous and helpful. Every morning a particular lady would come to my room smiling and she would offer to help me up from my bed because I wasn't able to manage on my own. I had a fantastic experience with MCAN staff. I would like to say a special thank you to Miri, Saba and Dr Tolga. They are amazing people and a highly professional team. I have already recommended the clinic to a family member.”

“The service at the clinic, the doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing and comforting throughout the whole experience. I was originally looking around quite confused as to who to go with but after a bit of research and a recommendation of a friend who used their services (FUE hair transplant) I decided to go with Mcan. If you was in my position and overwhelmed by the many different places I’d recommend looking into Mcan because they’re by far the most in depth when it comes to their marketing and information.”
