My transplant in this clinic was a very positive and rewarding experience. The whole process from initial consultation through to aftercare and even detailed follow up session were done with high professionalism. If anyone be considering a transplant with this clinic I would strongly recommend them.

Facilities at the villa are very good. The assistant Aisha was very professional and helpful. Communication with the doctors wasn’t easy as their english level is not the best. Food and breakfast provided at the Hôtel wasn’t good and staff was rude with customers. Although it is a busy city, drivers should drive slower and not using their cellphones. The driver who picked us up from the airport using a White Ford was very professional and helpful.

The service provided was seamless and superb even before we arrived in Istanbul for the procedure. Uejd, customer experience specialist sent us his first text as soon as we checked into our hotel room. From then on, he texted us reminders of appointment times, the driver’s pick up time etc. Following the procedure, he ask us of our welfare and made sure we were safely back in our hotel room. The clinical team were equally professional and caring in their approach. In essence, the whole experience was painless. Our personal recommendations are as follows- MCAN may consider presenting a box of Turkish Delights as a token of appreciation! The other suggestion is that the customer may have experienced a sleepless night either because of post op pain, bleeding etc., they may feel unable to go for their breakfast in their hotel. Sometimes being bandaged around their head can cause them to feels embarrassed as it did for us. We thus missed our breakfast! Perhaps MCAN can negotiate with the hotel that a continental breakfast is served in their rooms. Our hotel was fine but not exactly to our liking as we would have preferred either the Marriott or the Hyatt. MCAN can allocate an amount for their guest’s stay in Istanbul so that the guest has the option of booking a hotel of their choice. MCAN can suggest hotels in Levante which is not only a peaceful and quite place, but also close to the clinic. All in all, a very professional company to work with.

İ have had a great experience with Mcan,İ had 3 procedures while i was here,Hair Transplant,Full set of crowns & lipo/high def vaser,İm extremely happy with the professionalism from everyone & felt at ease as eveything ran very smoothly,Looking forward to see my results & already planning my next treatment for later in year with them,

ı had haır transplant of my frontal area. ı totally recommend thıs treatment to everyone. also ıt was nearly paınles. the only paın that ı felt was durıng the anesthesıa whıch was very small. ı lıked professıonalısm of mcan health and ı hope ı wıll get my haır back as ıt was before. thanks mcan health.

Avoid at all costs. I was booked for a breast lift and reduction by 2 cup sizes. The surgeon did what HE wanted. He clearly didn’t feel I needed a reduction and just gave me a lift. So for all that pain and expense my breasts are exactly the same size as before the surgery. It has left me depressed and angry that I will have to have surgery again. This time in the UK with a proper surgeon who does what you ask for. Don’t be fooled by the attentive pre surgery attention that promises you will get what you want. I deeply regret this experience and urge no one to go through what I did.

Merhaba ben yaklasik 3 hafta önce Mcan‘da burun ameliyati gecirdim. Ameliyatdan hic bir sekilde memmun degilim. Ameliyat olmadan önce ilgi ve alaka en üst düzeyde idi bana söylenen önce ve sorasi gösterilecegidi ve Doktor bey ile minimum 2 saat bir görüsme saglanacagidi. Bunlarin hic biri ama olmadi ! Ameliyat günü ameliyat saatim gecikti ve Doktor bey ile 15 dakikalik bir görüsme sorasi Ameliyata alindim. Aslinda sabah 8 de olacagim Ameliyat Aksam 5 e alindigi icin sesimide fazla cikaramadim ve Doktor beye güvenip hayatimin hatasini etmis oldum. Burnumu eski hali ile kiyasladigimda seklinde büyüklünde ve egriligi de hic bir degisiklik göremiyorum. Hatta görebildigim su ki burun deliklerimde dahada bi farklilik meydana gelmis olmasi negstiv anlamda. Su an sorularima bile cevap alamiyofum dogru düzgün A sorunca B cevabini aliyorum. Ameliyatimda tam olarak ne yapildigina dair bile bilgim yok. Bana söylenen misal burun ucunuda dokunulamadigi oldu halbuki internetde yeterince burun ucununda burun seklininde degistigi fotograflar bulabilirsiniz. Size tavsiyem dikkatli olun ben bu hatayi yapip fazla arastirmadan Mcana güvendim ve su an onun pismanligini yasiyorum. Bana söylenen tek sey ödemin inmesi ama ne kadar inse bile cok fazla degisköil olamaz internetde bakabilirsiniz normalinde 6 gün sorasinda bile burunda düzelme meydana gelmesi lazim. Aslinda bu bir yildiz bilr fazla ama bunu verme sebebim Mcanda bulunan söförler icin. Benimle gercek anlamda ilgilenen biri vardi ismide Emre Genc adinda bir söför. Ameliyatdan ciktimda bile günlerce ne doktordan bir ilgi alaka görebildim nede bana sorumlu olan Asistantan. Sakin benim yaptigim hatayi yapmayim su an cok pismanim ama geri dönüsü olmiyavak bir hata yaptim. Size ztn diyecekleri bizde hic bir ameliyat yeniden yapilmadi bu söze kanmayim cünki bi ameliyat o kadar agirki insan tekrardan olmaya korkar hale geliyor. Bide insan burnunu mahfedem bir klinige ikinci kez güvenip nasil gitsinki ?!

Sevgili Mehmet Ali, Ameliyattan 3 hafta sonra şişliklerin hala var olduğunu, 3 ay beklemeniz gerektiğini ilettik. Bizi mesajlarınızla, şirkete yönelik tehditlerinizle çok yordunuz ve üzdünüz. Sabırla gece 2-3'lerde attığınız mesajlara dahi temsilcimiz yanıt verdi. MCAN Health, binlerce hasta tedavi etti, %95 memnuniyet oranımız var. %5 memnun olmayan hastaların memnuniyetsizlikleri çok değişik nedenlerden olabilir. Sizin durumunuzda, Dr Murat Bey'in de ilettiği gibi bağ dokularınız çok kuvvetli ve kayma gözlemledik. Ancak bunu şu anda net bir şekilde ayırt edemeyiz, hala ödem var. 3 ay bekledikten sonra durumunuzu tekrar değerlendireceğiz. Teşekkür ederiz.

With this clinic you can’t go wrong with a hair transplant. Explanations at the clinic (in my case done by Uejd) were done in clear English and pre- and post care were excellent!! The only thing that hurts during the procedure are the injections (anesthesia). If you can’t stand pain pay a 100 bucks extra. After the op you are given a shampoo and lotion. If you want you can buy “hair vitamins” and an “anti-itching” spray for about 30 usd each. I talked to other guys at the clinic who all had friends who had been to Mcan befor them. They all have great results, so I have zero doubts:)

I don’t know who writes the reviews for them.my experience was terrible,5 star reviews 1 star clinic,after my bbl operation I was left with an infected abscess wich had to be removed and left with a large hole,no help at all.the clinic and aftercare I recieved there was not fit for a dog.uncomfortable,Evan though some could speak English,still spoke in Turkish with you in the room.i now have 4 months of hospital appointments every morning 7 days a week,avoid!put me off surgery for life

Dear Madam, We are very sorry that after BBL operation you had fat necrosis in a small area. Fat necrosis may happen for the patients undergoing fat grafting in any part of the body regardless of the surgeon performing the task as it is impossible for 100% of the fat to survive. We recommended you to drain it with a local doctor or to come to Istanbul to do it. However you saw the local doctor and your doctor preferred debridement on the fat necrosis area which is also approved by your surgeon in Turkey. That created a small hole. We explained to you that this small hole will be filled up with the new tissue and will be closed by the time. During the process, we did our best and be responsive to your messages and e-mails on time by consulting your surgeon. Yes, you are right, not every personnel in the hospital speak English, however your patient host and the doctor do speak. Your patient host during your stay supported you at every step and provided the necessary translation. We hope the small hole already filled up and you had your desired BBL result. Many thanks

Good experience at Mcan health for my hair transplant surgery. The surgery itself went very smoothly however most of which was performed by the technician not the doctors but I just hope that they knew what they were doing. (only the results will tell me in few months time ) 10 days post surgery so far so good. I would recommend this clinic to others

I had great experience with MCAN, Jonas & Upasana helped me through my liposuction surgery process, they were at my disposal whenever I needed them. I definitely will recommend MCAN HEALTH to my family & friends.

I had a wonderful experience with the MCAN team. The entire journey starting with the enquiry/booking process from Australia to my surgery and post surgery was handled professionally and the team were superb. I was very nervous to come to a foreign country I have never visited and I must say the communication and support shown by staff members Meder and Upasana was exceptional and they made me feel comfortable. Dr Samet Hariri delivered the goods, I am extremely happy with the results of my Rhinoplasty. The Dr is honest in giving the advice to suit each individual and I couldn’t have asked for better recovery and results. I truly thank Upasana, Meder and Dr Hariri for my making my experience seamless. I highly recommend MCAN to all foreigners thinking of getting surgery in Turkey, you will not be disappointed.

I had a great time with MCAN health. Everything went smoothly and I’m very pleased with my results following the cosmetic procedure I had done. Communication was simple and easy throughout. My Surgeon Dr Tolga Yaner was brilliant he listened to all of my needs and was patient and kind throughout. My clinic coordinator Jonas was very easy to communicate with and was always available if I needed to ask any questions. I also had a lovely assistant called Beyza who was there throughout the trip to assist me and translate if it was needed, she was a really lovely girl and made me smile throughout the whole process. Overall it was outstanding service and would highly recommended them to anyone hoping to get a cosmetic procedure done in Turkey.
