Signed up for the 3 months and thought it would either stop or someone would reach out inquiring as to my progress. Never heard from anyone. Did not know that it was in auto renew without anyone reaching out to check in progress. Was finally able to figure out our to get in touch to discontinue before the 4th month’s shipment. Finally got in touch and discontinued but was not able to return an unopened package. Customer Service with this company is Awful and specially considering that this is a prescription. Beware!!!”
“This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are late constantly with the medication. Sometimes several weeks late so you go 3 weeks when you're supposed to take your shot every week it's horrible the progress that you've gained goes away in the three weeks you're waiting for your next shot. The amount of medicine they send in the vial is always wrong it's off by a lot I'm supposed to have four shots of 70 units and I got three shots of 70 units they were off by one whole dose this happened more than once. When you call to complain or find some sort of resolution to your problem you're talking to someone who's offshore they're not even in the United States. Supposedly the pharmacy address is in Miami but I'm so skeptical now if this is some sort of fly-by-night organization maybe we're getting our meds from out of the back of a truck or back room of a warehouse or someone's garage I have lost all confidence in this company do not waste your time or money currently I paid for my dose $347 and that was 18 days ago and I still have not received my medication as of today I'm going to call the attorney general for the state of Florida even though I don't live in Florida that supposedly where they are don't waste your time.”
“I had so many troubles with this company before I finally found a good replacement. Number one you can't get a copy of your prescription. I asked for my prescription through the chat process since that's the only way you can get a hold of anyone and they literally said no, they only send electronic prescriptions to the pharmacy that fills the medication. This makes it harder for you to switch suppliers because you need to provide proof of the dose you're on to maintain that dose if you leave MD exam. Number two my medication was shipped on a hot day in a UPS truck that gets 140° inside, the medication was ruined and they would not replace it, their canned reason being that the medicine is stable up to 104° and the temperature outside didn't reach 104°. Number three you can't cancel membership under invoices and payments as they instructed me to do. The only way I could cancel was to use the word cancel in a chat with the robot. It said I canceled and would get a cancellation email confirmation which never arrived and then 3 days later they processed and charged another $450 on my card. Had to go through the credit card company dispute process to get refunded. I switched to another mail order company that has dope doctors! $300 a month no matter what your dose is all the way up to the maximum semaglutide dose”

“Joke of a deal. These people will gladly take your money and you will never hear from them again, system won't let you cancel your Rx. They won't answer the phone, they won't respond to emails, the chat is bounced from person to person. They are a complete joke. The medication doesn't work, the bottles are not lab filled and processed by a real alb, it looks like a guy is filling these up in the kitchen and sending out who knows what. They have about 12 bucks in all invested in what they want you to pay 300 a month for after 700 upfront. Don't wste your money or your time because you will get no results and never get them to stop charging you for garbage treatments that are probably not legit.”
