“Absolute fraudsters, do not touch this company with a barge pole!!! Placed an order, Jan 28th, told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, premade stock item, 7 weeks later nothing had been delivered, I emailed the company as they have no phone number to speak to an adviser, to be advised by the MD, John, that his team had said the adhesive for the splashback would show through the glass did I want holes for screws. I said no could I please cancel my order and get a refund, no response now from any emails and its 10 weeks down the line and John is ghosting me.”

“Very poor customer service! There is no phone number to contact them. I ordered glass on a Sunday afternoon and rope and glue and realised 10 minutes later that the rope and glue were not needed and I needed ceramic paper instead. I sent them a message on their website and over 24 hours later I got this message back from them “ Thanks for your email. Sorry but this has already been dispatched. Kind regards, John” So I have got rope and glue which is no use to me whatsoever.”

“Hi, I ordered glass for my wood burner and later read some of the negative reviews. I had no issues whatsoever. The glass was exactly as I ordered it and on time. Perfectly packaged. Well done. Thank you”

“The piece of glass for a woodburner was exactly as ordered, came well and safely packaged alongside the rope and glue. Having stuck in the rope and bought four new glass clips (the old ones had shredded heads and needed to be removed) the stage was set. I even remembered to put a folded towel under the door in case the glass slipped when I started to replace the glass. The glass slipped and landed on the towel safely. It then fell back against the door and shattered at the top instead. Back onto the website to order another replacement; I am sure it would have been perfect if I wasn't such a clutz!”

“I found 'Me and My Glass' on line easily. Their site was easy to follow and offered quick delivery. Theglass was easy to orderand the size that arrived was accurate to my measurements. It arrived quicker than I thought within a couple of days and was easy to fit. It has improved the look and efficiency of the multifuel burner. A great service all round. Many Thanks!”
