“I purchased the Pacapod changing pod, which I initially enquired about first and received a prompt response. I was extremely happy with product, it's perfect and exactly what I was after! Great little bag. The package was recieved in a timely manner just as indicated on website. In the package my purchase was wrapped beautifully in tissue paper along with a lovely envelope with the invoices inside. Really impressed as online shopping experience should feel like this all the time. Customer service is also fantastic as I purchased from Australia and had a question via email and had a quick response. Definitely recommend Me & Buddy!”

“Purchased a PacaPod changing pod, can not recommend enough! A fantastic little bag, just perfect. I purchased from Australia and am very happy with shopping experience, especially with customer service. Prompt responses and did indeed receive package in the time frame set. In the package my purchase was also beautifully wrapped in tissue paper along with a lovely envelope containing invoices. I was really impressed! Thank you for making online shopping so great!”

“Although Me and Buddy forgot to send the travel bag with my order they swiftly notified me and were able to send the item to an alternative address. Madeline was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The items were wrapped with tissue paper and a sticker which is a nice touch”

“I recently got the mini mat for my baby! It's so beautiful and practical in the same time! The suction works perfectly and prevents my baby from pulling it and making a mess of his food! Overall very good product and will buy again!”
