“So tasty glad we bought from meat box delivered promptly in good packaging great communication when I needed to query something .we really enjoyed our ham and highly recommend meat box will order from them again great customer service.”

“Great product, poor delivery. Could not organise a delivery date online for Meatbox subscription. Had to ring the office to arrange on the phone for first week of Jan as it was a gift for Xmas. The subscription was delivered 3 days before Xmas. Bit disappointed.”

“I did not receive answers to emails towards Christmas and the delivery said December 19th. One packet arrived in 24th 9 which was OK and the other didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I know things are disrupted but everybody knew that. I sent parcels Christmas week (because I had to drop seeing people at the last minutes) by a courier which guaranteed arrival and it worked.”

“Everything I ordered was delivered on time as specified - the quality of the meats are really VERY good! Those wild boar sausages DEFINITELY deserve another order. I was very impressed with the lamb racks, even more impressed that they arrived already french-trimmed. They turned out beautiful in the oven! Meat box was the star of the dinner table!”

“The meat (two lamb shanks) was great, but I was only notified that the delivery date would be missed at 7pm on the day the lamb shanks had been ordered for, after I sent a message to enquire about timings. Luckily I was able to make alternative arrangements.”

“I live on an island off the West of Scotland and as with many deliveries they never turn up on time, Meatbox delivery turned up on time and in great condition. I was a little concerned that the test would be not as seen on the web site but it was better. Excellent service delivered when required. Niall Mackinnon”

“I ordered a meat box for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. I ordered it 10 days before with a delivery date two days before the actual anniversary. My parents told me nothing arrived and they waited up until 11pm. The next day I rang the company. He told me that it had been missed off the delivery. He was very apologetic added in a Xmas card and promised to get it there on time. You don’t get judged by disaster and problems you get judged by how you respond and fix them. Hence my 5 star review. I would definitely order again. My parents said the steak was amazing”
