Customer support sent me a new one of my choice and didn’t ask for the other one back. Just recently I received an order and one of the bottles broke during shipping and spilled all over the other products. They replaced all of them for me, didn’t ask me to send a photo or return anything. They took my word for it and sent out the replacements same day:”
