Upon contacting the support email, Sujain the Managing Director very quickly sent me a replacement and return postage to swap. Product review for Lonsdale: The watch is well made and sits very well on my wrist. The box packaging was nice, although I think a little too bulky. The leather strap looks expensive and features quick release pins for quick strap changes. Can't go wrong with its Seiko Automatic movement. It was well pieced together and everything aligned well.”
