“Have had the hat for 1.5 years. It has faded and the strap has ripped. I emailed the company requesting to get information if they’d replace the hat since it’s been within the 2 years coverage, however I have yet to hear a response.”

“I will start with saying I love my Melin hat that I own. I decided to order a second hat, as one of the new releases was exactly what I was wanting. I got my hat ordered and didn't receive a shipping notice for a week. I finally reached out and there was an over order and they had to cancel my order. They fixed it with a discount on another hat but it is very unfortunate that the ordering system allowed this to happen. If it's limited availability please be aware this may happen.”
“I ordered a hat from them and after a couple of weeks with no updates on the order, I reached out to their customer service team and they informed me it would be shipped in the next 3 days. After 3 days, I reached back out after no updates once again and customer service informed me that they “suspected” the hat was out of stock. This was never communicated while I spoke with them and I was under the impression it just hadn’t shipped. After a month of going back and forth, customer service refunded my order with no apology or recourse to the situation. This was the first time ordering from them and I won’t make that mistake again.”

“I personally have 11 melin hats and have bought my brother and sons hats. They are CRAZY expensive but with that said you do get what you pay for. I have had melin honor their warranty 2 times and they go above and beyond to stand up for thier great product. they fit great, they hold up great and customer service is spectacular. Most recently Kristine from the customer service team helped me with a warranty...they followed up and delivered for me. I cant say enough how much this company stands up for their well built product.”

I can’t help but wonder why the Odysea hats don’t have a tee holder loop like the Coronado??? The other thing is it would be nice to incorporate the rope on the Odysea hats too. Please, improve the Odysea and make it that much more desirable by adding these two things.
The third thing is why would you only offer the Orange camo for the odysea and not the Realtree dark green? I like the Odysea hats a little more than the Coronado based on my head shape and fit. I was dying to have it in the Green colored Realtree.

build them to endure it all and keep looking fresh.” isn’t great. Don’t get me wrong I like the feel, but just not delivering on what they market an $80 hat to be.”
“Very happy with the hats. I have several. But I think I will start looking for a different brand that is comparable in quality and fit... Melin started charging $65 for shipping to Alaska. I don't live remote. I live on a paved street. $142 for a hat is tough... I don't expect the shipping to be nothing, but this is way way more than anything else i pay for shipping.
Also, they had a link that said, "Save 10% here!"... clicked on it, signed up for texts... but then the code MELIN10 didn't work...”
“I got this hat for a birthday gift after my husband really wanted one.
At about a month with only wearing it outside and not using it for fitness or strenuous activities, there is already sweat stains that show through the hat. For the price of these hats I find that ridiculous.”
