“I ordered a white urn as advertised but it’s more a darkish tan. It was not anywhere near white. You can’t see the detail of the angels near as well. UPDATE: Memorial Urns saw my review and offered to replace the urn and I received it just in time. It was white and beautiful! Thank you Memorial Urns!!!”

“We are extremely pleased with Memorial Urns! They worked diligently to make sure the URN was PERFECT, not close to perfect... but PERFECT - the urn was beautiful and the engraving precise and beautiful too. And when we received it in the mail - AHEAD of schedule, in a nicely secured and protected triple box and opened it and saw it, we knew we had made the right decision to get the Urn from Memorial. If I can offer one area where they could improve, it would be to get the shipping cost down - $83 for three day shipping seemed high. You wont go wrong if you get an Urn from this organization. “This is probably an unusual review but I wanted to share it with you. I recently met with a local funeral home representative to complete my pre-planning arrangements. I wanted to select my own urn and viewed those they had on display. I decided that since I love angels so very much and have many statues in my home it seemed that an angel urn was the right choice for me. I also decided I want to enjoy the angel while I'm living so I found your web-site and ordered the white alabaster angel holding a bible. She arrived in perfect condition and the detail is just beautiful. She has a place of honor in my home and I feel a sense of comfort when I look at her that she will take care of me, not only in this life, but the next.”

“Memorial Urns is an excellent company. They walk you through every detail, if you request help. If you order engraving, they send a "proof" for your approval before the final engraving is done. At that point, you have the opportunity to make changes. We use them for our pet urns. We were very pleased with both the brass and ceramic ones. And they are very pleasant to deal with in a difficult time. Found them by accident when one of our "brass" cat urns (from a different company) started to crack & leak ashes! (Turned out it was only painted to look like brass.) Luckily, Memorial Urns had a similar real urn to replace it with and it was on a tray, so we were able to scoop up all the ashes. It was a very distressing incident - even the people at Memorial Urns were shocked! Their urns and customer support are the best! And their prices are comparable to the companies that produce lower quality urns. And they are very nice to deal with. In times of grief, you really need to be treated kindly. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!”

“This was our 2nd figurine urn. The one we purchased 6 yrs. ago had a much larger figurine. We were shocked at how much smaller this one was. The wood color guide on the website seems to have the oak and maple reversed. We did not want the lightest wood which was labeled maple, so we ordered oak. It is very light (which I would expect oak to be), but I went by the picture provided. Overall, it is still a beautiful way to keep our baby’s ashes and keepsakes, but I must admit to some disappointment.”
