“I ordered the Eden Garden urn vault with 2 day shipping to arrive way in advance of the memorial gathering. The urn vault was beautifully made but it arrived cracked. Jaime from customer service prepared for another one to be sent to me with 2 day shipping but was sent on ground. So she arranged for another one to be sent again via overnight delivery. So finally I received the urn vault in two piece (top and bottom) on the morning of the memorial. One would think why pay for 2 day shipping when the actual urn vault will arrive on the morning of the memorial. It appeared that I paid more for shipping to allow time for them to correct their mistakes. So apart from this shipping fiasco, the urn vault was as well-crafted as expected and customer service was great. But the most important thing, the memorial gathering was beautiful and truly memoriable.”

“While still experiencing our profound grief in losing our 13 year old Labrador Retriever - Christian, we are thankful to Memorial Urns for their help in finding an appropriate final resting place for his remains. They were gracious in calling us to suggest improvements in the layout of his name and comments on the name plate that we hadn't thought about prior. Adding the hearts was a great touch.
