I ordered a tee shirt on May 18...the latest shipping info that I have says it will be here on June 17th...a month to get a tee shirt? Unacceptable for an organization that spends as much time as Merchbar does with the bombardment of emails to sell their product. If they can't deliver then they need to cut back on the ads. If they want to be in this for the long haul then they need some serious revamping...my guess is we won't know who Merchbar even is in a year or so from now. Can't wait to get this high quality tee that has taken a month to get to me. :)

0 stars honestly :/ I ordered a tyler the creator cd. Everything was fine but when I went to track my order it said that it was canceled when I absolutely did not cancel it. All I wanted was to track it and fix the faulty cancellation message. (Wasnt able to track my order but was confused on why it said it was canceled if they never returned my money) I emailed merchbar and everything and explained my situation. Then they went ahead and actually canceled my order and return my money which was the exact opposite I wanted.

All I can attest to is my experience with Merchbar. This is how my respect went from high to non-existent. My intention isn't to rip them a new one. As much as I'd like to, I'm simply sharing my story so others can make their own decision. All my experiences up until recently have been fantastic with Merchbar. Until now. I received a late birthday gift, which was the same shirt I ordered on Merchbar less than a day prior. I reached out to cancel my order asap. They refused to cancel my order saying its already being processed. Every email I reply I received in the same email thread had a different customer service representative name. Weird. It's like I was being handed off as if I were a two dollar hooker. And I was being courteous & respectful the whole time. Finally, when I received an email that my shirt was on its way, I attempted to start a return. The online form was simple enough. But then I receive an email stating that I must wait 'til the package is received before I can begin the return process. Fine. I wait. Upon receiving the package, I keep it sealed and start the return process all over. I was shocked to discover they wanted me to send the package to a location it didn't even ship from. So, that ruled out rejecting the package or forwarding it in any way. AND I was required to pay for shipping. Up front. With no reimbursement option. Fine. I played by their rules. Next I'm required to fill out another form requiring the tracking number and an uploaded copy of my post office receipt with said tracking number. Seemed kind of redundant. Following this bizarre refund request form, I receive an email that made it sound like I would have to track my own package and let them know when its received. Shouldn't this be their job? Luckily this wasn't the case. I finally received my refund minus the cost of shipping on my end. I was simply out money. On a "simple" return. This whole process took close to a month. I currently have a Mars Volta vinyl album I pre-ordered from Merchbar well over a month ago, which is still in limbo. I have received nothing. No album. No email notification. But they took my money. So, if they make this right, I MIGHT re-evaluate my shopping experience. But something tells me I'm SOL. In my opinion, this online store is a scam site, or it is run by someone who needs to retake college courses in business ethics. Either way. This circus fiasco complete with clowns royally trashed my trust and respect for Merchbar. For those still interested in making a Merchbar purchase after reading my review. Definitely do. Just as long as you don't plan on making a return. And you don't mind waiting on a delivery day that may never come. Good luck.

Please don’t order from these people, you are at the risk of getting scammed. I ordered a fanbox back in February and it was “processing” for months. Eventually the tracking number didn’t work and there was some sort of error when I tried. Not to mention their overpriced shipping fees. I got refund from the help of going to my bank. They take your money then don’t ship your parcel, complete scam. Once again, DON’T order form Merchbar.

Took my money for a pre-order item then failed to fulfill my order while the item sold out. Never any notification. Crooks in my opinion. Obviously can NOT be trusted.

While I do not condone money not going to the artists, i had no choice but to order from Merchbar, as the band is no longer around, nor re-releasing any records. iv'e ordered two records from them, and had zero issues. records were actually legit. I was nervous, but it all worked out fine.

Fraud: Bait and Switch I was attempting to purchase albums from Merchbar, the albums I selected were on sale, when I went to checkout I realized the prices were different than what was shown on site. I abandoned cart. Then immediately received an email that showed my cart items at an even lower price. I returned to my apparently saved cart only to have same situation happen. I contacted Merchbar and was passed from CSR to CSR for weeks, no one would honor the posted sale prices. Finally after many failed attempts to escalate the situation a CSR said if I paid full price they would refund me the difference - when I attempted the cart then added shipping fees that were supposed to be free and changed the currency on me. Once again CSRs passed me around until some idiot said their system was working perfectly and the issue must be with the multiple device types used to test -with Merchbar- my cart, which still had nothing to do with their automated marketing that was sending out sales items that didn’t exist!!!! This is bait & switch, posting pricing and sales that don’t exist and it is fraud!!! Don’t buy from these jokers!

Requested a cancellation on an order, 3 hours following the request I received a shipment confirmation for an item that is not supposed to ship for 3 months. A bunch of fraudsters. Do not buy.

I received a shirt that did not fit. The return process was very difficult. I only received a partial refund though the shirt was returned in the original packaging. They did not refund the shipping and I had to pay to return the shirt. Very poor experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Order submitted Nov 26th with shipping date of Jan 7th, 2022 and to this date no ETA and I keep getting the runaround! I have asked for full refund which they hv said they cannot because the item is "final sale" which is fraudulent as this was NOT stated when I placed the order at all. I have been in contact with them week after week and same BS responses. I will be connected with my CC to dispute the charges and have their merchant marked as fraud.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Ordered a hoodie December 7, was told it would ship in 15 business days. I waited that timeframe and then emailed every week thereafter until it got to be 30 business days and still no ship confirmation. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. No reply. Now I am requesting a charge back from my credit card company. Never again!

ITEM DESCRIPTION WAS COMPLETELY INCORRECT. COLORING WAS WAY OFF ON THE LETTERING AND THEY SAY BECAUSE IT IS A "CUSTOM" PRINT THAT IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. SWEATSHIRT WAS OF LOW QUALITY AND VERY THIN. I AM SURPRISED THAT AC/DC ALLOWS SUCH LOW STANDARDS FOR THEIR CLOTHING.

I finally got my shirt after 67 days of waiting. Opened it up and realized the quality is garbage and that it’s just a knockoff from what the website advertised. I now have to pay for shipping and need to guarantee that it leaves within five days. Such a scummy company.

Acquistato un vinile il 4 dicembre 2021, ad oggi non é arrivato. La spedizione risulta in transito dal 16 dicembre ed in Italia il numero di tracking é inutile. Li ho contattati 3 volte ma vengono fornite risposte inutili e generiche. Statene lontani!!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a t-shirt in Nov 2021 and it never shipped, so they offered the option to cancel and reenter the order to get it moving. That was done 12/12/21 and it's now 1/26/22. I've sent several emails now to cancel the order since it's obvious I'm never getting the shirt. No response to any of my requests so far. Now I'm stuck with the hassle of disputing the charges through my bank. What a PITA.

They sent me a defective product. I asked for a replacement and they had the nerve of telling me that was the way it was. I sent them a picture of the same item sold at Amazon. It was a T-shirt. Printed on both sides but the one they sent me was the only printed in the front!!! I thought would be entitled to a refund but they would not accept return or refund the money!!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
