SCAM! I've tried to buy two things from them and they were both unexpectedly delayed. The most recent one is still listed as 'in stock'. My theory is that they take our money and make interest off of it until you finally get fed up and cancel your order.

SCAMMM!!!This company is an absolute joke. Went to purchase a jersey for myself for upcoming festival this summer and my shipping address did not match my billing address and it said the payment did not go through but it had… Merchbar took $239 out of my account five times and they are saying that they can’t see the payment on their end so basically I’m going to dispute bank fraud against these people. Good luck getting a hold of anybody through email and that email you back are useless !! Merchbar sucks ass!

They don’t care about there customers. I ordered a record a year and a half ago. I have called and called , nobody cares. All I want is my money back. They have a lot of receptionist that can’t really help you and nobody above them even calls back. All I want is my complete money back

They shipped only one of the three vinyl records I ordered. Of the two they didn't ship, one was backordered, the other listed as in-stock. I managed to successfully cancel the backordered one. The remaining one they assured me would be shipped soon. Once I asked for that to be cancelled, they've just been stringing me along with emails saying my case is still being reviewed. It's ridiculous. NEVER order from them.

I'm only giving this site two stars because I did actually receive a vinyl album from them in good time and it was at a good price. The other one I ordered, however, was a different story. I ordered "In Flames - Reroute to Remain (Remaster 2023/2LP/Trans Red)" from them on 3/2/2024. This was marked as "in stock" when I ordered it. On 3/13, I noticed there was no movement at all on the item, so I emailed them asking about the status. I went back to the site and located the album I purchased and sure enough, it showed as "in stock." So what was the issue? They replied back on the same day (props for that, at least), saying "We apologize for the delay in shipping your Reroute To Remain vinyl record order. Unfortunately, we've encountered some unforeseen processing issues and currently don't have an estimated ship date. In some cases, updates may not be available until your order ships, at which point you'll receive a notification." Ok.. but you have it as in stock.. is it the same stock? Did you offer me a replacement? A discount? Nothing. Just generally dismissive and a "you'll get it when you get it" attitude. I waited a few weeks and emailed again on 4/10/2024, thinking I might get a different answer from someone different. Nope. Same answer, pretty much and same attitude. I canceled my order soon after. I don't care if they have a lot of music that I like at good prices. If you let companies get away with treating people like this, they'll normalize bad behavior and that's the last thing we need in these times. I've unsubscribed to their email. I'd rather pay more to get the actual item than to donate to some vapor media that will never arrive. This is what I get for trying to support other online sellers besides Amazon.. if Amazon did what they did, they would have more than made up for it somehow.

AVOID!!!! I ordered an album they said was in stock. I waited over a week and it was still pending. I messaged them and asked for an update and the response was they had unforeseen issues and they couldn't give me an update. Read the reviews. This experience is near universal. To their credit, they did say they will cancel my order.

Purchased a T-Shirt, then immediately cancelled and contacted customer service. Customer service says it's up to supplier, no guarantee - even though it's minutes after placing order. Reply 2 days later and say it's been shipped. Absolutely hopeless service - expensive shipping! Avoid at all cost.

After ordering 2 records that were on back order, I cancelled it after 5 months of waiting to receive store credit. Placed an order for "in stock" records. Never received them, asked customer service to cancel my order and refund. Never received refund. Terrible customer service, Merch bar is a scam. Beware!

THE WORST. The worst customer service ever. I’m surprised they haven’t been taken to court. Haven't refunded me after the record was never going to arrive. DO NOT order from this company.

Terrible service. Ordered something around the hollidays, and did not receive it for weeks. Followed up in early January and was told they were having issues with the production company, but would ship it as soon as it was available. and had no estimate of when that would be I asked how they charged my credit card when they knew it was out of stock. Got a snotty answer that a company can do that, but they did not seem to connect the fact that that is fraudulent; and they never followed up with offering refund, alternative etc. So tracked down the owner on Linked iin and wrote to him, just now, see if he responds. And all their customer service is by email, but I tracked down a phone number. All they do is take messages and say you will get an email response in 102 business days.

I ordered a record on Feb 2nd and still hadn't received it on February 28. I had to message to find out why I hadn't shipped. I found out that they didn't even have the record in the first place.

I ordered a vinyl and it never came after almost a year of waiting. Literally waited 11 months and no updates on the order. I think it might as well be a scam website

Merchbars BACKORDER is a SCAM. They are taking money for products they know they cannot deliver. They will make promises until you wont be able to cancel the payment.

Been waiting 4 months now still processing my order its a joke will never buy anything from this company again they are advertising for sale the same albums that I purchased which have not received or haven't even been sent.

They are the worst. 40 days after ordering they feed the same stories as everyone else has been getting "Unfortunately, there's an unforeseen circumstance that caused the delay" "We've encountered some processing issues, and we currently don't have an estimated ship date." Both items I ordered were supposedly in stock. Asked to cancel 48 hours ago and no confirmation of cancellation yet. Stay away. There is someone more reputable to buy from
