I've had the same experience with merchbar as many many others... I ordered a Lorna Shore LP and waited for a full month for it to ship. This was an album that was already out and they had it listed as "in stock." I reached out to them and asked if they ever planned on shipping it. They replied it will be shipping soon, them 2 days later got a refund notice. They suck. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

I had read these reviews before ordering from them, but I was willing to take a chance on them being better this time. Alas, no - the three records I ordered still had no ship dates more than two weeks after the fact, the one time I've ever seen a retailer offering products for sale that they clearly did not have. I'm going through the refund process now and am currently worried they're gonna stall on part of the payment. Don't make the mistake I made. Never give these clowns your money. I can't prove that this is some kind of money laundering operation or something, but they definitely aren't focused on actually making sure you get what you order.

Ordered an album in December of 2022. It was backordered. Their policy is to issue a refund after 120 days. 3 months. It has been 18 months since the order. I requested a refund. I was told it would be 5 to 10 business days. It has been 20 business days. 28 days in total. When I email them customer service tells me my refund is " being processed " and thay don't have an estimate. Stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other companies to order media from. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. If you look up the owner of merchbar bar you can find his email address, and phone number 603-801-9125. 860-749-5497

Order not even “Processed” after 3 weeks of buying “in stock” items and them already having my money, endless customer service responses of “Sorry we are currently experiencing processing delays”, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE!

They don't have the merchandise and don't plan to ship. They have terrible customer service and keep sending automated messages. When I called they said sure someone will email you about a refund. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Should be put out of business.

Company is basically a scam they.advertise fast shipping but never fullfill thier end of the deal.. They say items are in stock but when I contacted them.they gave me the run around and say its a problem with the vendor ..stay far away from this company they are running a scam.

I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. I contacted them and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the company i invested with which I provided. The result was amazing I recovered all my Lost funds back within a space of 73 hours I was so happy as I never believe I could get my money back. Have been waiting in a tee shirt from them. Only get generic responses to inquires. I even contacted BBB and they ignored them also. It’s been 2 1/2 months since order and nothing. The shirt in the website says ships in two days. Scam company please don’t do business with them.

For all the people that want a realistic timeline: I ordered 2 vinyls on the 27th of April. I was super happy because the prices on the vinyls were really cheap and I thought I had a great deal. After 2 months of waiting I emailed them and the response was as follow: “ Unfortunately, we've encountered some unforeseen processing issues and currently don't have an estimated ship date. In some cases, updates may not be available until your order ships, at which point you'll receive a notification.” I was being hopeful because one of the vinyls just came out when I ordered it from them, so I thought I’ll wait a little bit more … but as you already see, it’s the 21st of August and no vinyls yet nor any update on my account. It’s still pending. I feel like there is mixed reviews on Merchbar, they should not list products for sale that they can’t ship or guarantee.

Placed an order on August 9, 2024. It's now August 19. There's no confirmation as to whether or not my order has processed and shipped. Contacted Merchbar by e-mail about the status of my order and got an automated response. Called two different phone numbers and got a recording saying to leave a message. It's doubtful that I'll hear back from them and I'm sorry that I placed the order. Now, I'll have to try to get a refund somehow. Total lack of professionalism regarding customer service.

I ordered 3 albums, 2 different orders. I have called 3 times and have been promised a response of some kind. NOTHING!!!! Appears to be a scam. Been over 3 months and NOTHING!!! Beware!!!!!!!

They take your money and never deliver your products. I ordered two albums off their site for 50 dollars total TWO YEARS AGO, and never received my order. it's been so long that i don't even want to go through the hassle of getting a refund. this company is awful.

Merchbar claims that they have had some "unforseen processing issues". These "issues" have been going on for a few months and I have been trying to receive my order or get my money back. Not holding my breath on receiving either one. They have stolen my time and money.

It appears that they’re selling merchandise that isn’t available and holding on to the customers money for several weeks or even months while they collect interest on the money. Then they send the money back and keep the interest.

Ordered twice, once two albums and again a single album. Two months have past, no merchandise and no emails. This is a bad company. All of the negative reviews should have alerted me.
