“The box arrived split along the seam as if it wasn't manufactured correctly. The latch hole wasn't cut. The overall outside finish was 3/10. That said collection and communications have resulted in two stars not one.”

“Excellent lady on the telephone and product came by DHL. The latter I would not recommend. Although they kept me informed of likely time the product would be delivered, their driver did not come to the front door and ring the bell and despite me keeping an eye out for him, he managed to leave the product by the back door, made no attempt to knock or contact me, so the first I knew was an e mail saying the product had been delivered some 25 mins before and that he had made contact with me. He did not. DHL are always in too much of a rush so I'd advise finding an alterative courier as they let down your otherwise impeccable service. Thank you for the latter. Give a pay rise to the lady, Maggie? , on the phone. She was great.”

“Excellent item - meter door fitted perfectly. Excellent customer service, which I only needed to contact because the courier failed to deliver and said I'd signed for it. The lady at Meter Boxes sorted it all out for me.”
