“In my view, the sign of a good company is responding quickly to 'right a wrong'. Having read my last review the team at MBD pulled out all the stops to provide me with the product I'd ordered. This was then followed up by a call from the company to enquire if I'd now received my latch, which I had. Thank you MBD team for the speedy follow up. We can all on occasion get it wrong, but it's about how we put it right that demonstrates how good we really are. By the way, the latch for my electrical box is excellent quality and fitted straight into place. Thanks again, John”

“Sadly, my review will rate this company as providing extremely poor customer service. I ordered a door latch on the 1st July, which still hasn't arrived. Money was taken instantly from account. Four days later I emailed the company to let them know, there has been no response to date. I tried to ring them and over the last two days have made 49 attempts to get in touch. All I get is an engaged signal.”

“The door to the electric meter box was totally smashed, easy enough, just get a replacement door! Not going to happen the hinge position was also smashed and would not keep a door in position. After trying several sites and seeing none of them did anything other than a complete replacement box, which would entail a costly bill from the electric company, I was almost giving up. I chanced upon MDB and found that they did an over box that seemed the right size and decided to take a chance. I don't know what all my stress was about! the box arrived the day before expected and took literally minutes to fit. In addition to the self tapping screws they also supplied a tube of sealant to ensure a watertight fit! I was not expecting that! Box now looks great and is also compliant with all the regs. Thank you MBD.”
