Hi I believe your behaviour on this bussiness is so poor, becuase I frequently ask you to comfirm our payment arrival in your account but we didn't get any response sofar. For the second time; When a customer shops online, they only have 2 pieces of info to guide them, the item description and pic images. When the pic image does not match up with the item description, "you" only set the customer up to order the wrong item mistakenly. When customer service tries to make the customer feel like they order the wrong item by their own mistake - while knowing that they are using one pic image to represent both a "metric" measurement scale and an "imperial" measurement scale," that only added insult to disappointment. It is also the basis for asking for a full refund. A pic of a scale calibrated in pounds and ounces is not the same as a scale calibrated in kilograms! Clean your advertisement up!!!

You asked to subscribe to get $100 off it did not mention at all that it excludes some products after I was checking out it told me that the coupon code does not apply for the item I wanted to purchase

This is an incomplete review, as I have not received the equipment ordered after several months. MFI has changed the equipment 4 times and the shipping date 8 times since originally ordered on January 9.

Received e-mail on 01/12/22 that the item was shipped and tried to check the FedX number several times given by MFI. As of 01/20/22 the FedX number does not return with any information. Sent e-mail on 01/20/22 as to this problem and I am waiting for a response.

Every time when checking out, I tried to use my accumulated points to get this discount. However, they took my points but never gave any discount. So be aware those rewarding points really was just set there for show

It took almost 2 months for my order to get here, and it was damaged when it arrive. It was also more expensive than when I usually get it. I ordered here because my usual place was out of stock and I needed it! They DID refund my money for the damaged order, which was the only good thing about the experience! I won’t be buying here, again.

The estimated delivery date in July was September 8th; it was not available from the manufacturer until that date. This may be the reason your other supplier was out of stock as well. I still have not received my order. I did receive a notification from you that delivery would be delayed. I guess due to COVID. People need to stop using that ridiculous excuse to cover their incompetence.

I have had nothing but bad reviews for this company. its taken almost 2 months on backorder. Their staff refused to contact me when I tried to contact them. twice I had to threaten to cancel my order just to get them to reply. They blamed it on problems in India. Poor PR. unfortunately the picture shows the item with a thumb handle for easier use yet the product did not come with one. Having alot of problems finding someplace that will sell just the trigger arm. had they notified me that the item was on backorder I would have cancelled the order then. customer relations to me is crappy as all hang. If possible I will never buy anything from this company again.

I've had crappy experience from the git go. First they don't contact me to tell me the item is on backorder, then they give me 2 delivery dates but no mailing. In order to get a response from them I had to threaten to cancel the order. If they could have a 0 I would have picked that. This is one company that is more important over whats happening in India than their clients. Never plan on buying a thing from this company again.

I still don’t have the product. It was estimated for the middle of April and is still sitting in Chicago on May 6th. At this point I wouldn’t do business with this company again! I have a disabled son that was excited at thought of being able to get out of his room and we have to keep telling him not today!

The chair you ordered needed more parts, and due to the global supply chain shortage, these parts took longer to arrive. Your chair arrived the week after your estimated date.
