Haven't received my package yet!!! You use UPS, they can't find my home. Fedex has no problem or anyone else for that matter. You may have done a good job , but UPS ruined it!!!!

I ordered on 10/14 and today is 1/27 and I still haven't received my order. I get a monthly "update" that just tells me my order hasn't shipped. I'm honestly not sure if I'll ever receive my order and might need a refund. Order is 117506.

10 days after I placed order and not having received any email updates I Contacted them by email and without any explanation the next day I got an email confirming my order was out for delivery. Several days later I was then informed via email (the day I was expecting my order) that my order was on it's way back to them on return before it was even delivered!! Worst purchase experience in memory!

You charged me 2 day expedited shipping charges for something you obviously didn’t have in stock and wrote on the receipt 1-2 week lead time. In order to not waste your customers time and keep them from getting angry. You may want to inform the customer that you don’t actually have something in your inventory and you’ll need to order the item from a third party where you wait for a bulk order in order to make more profit and not expedite your ordering, although you charge your customer for expedited shipping. You did me a disservice which cost me time and money

Don’t waste your time and money. The delivery dates are never correct and when you try to reach out to customer service, no one answers the calls I don’t want to give you a call back if I were you I will try another company.

I contact thru chat they told me that they are going to send me a email 4 hours later I decidw to place the order and shipping was very poor

I'm still waiting on my sales tax refund on my order. So far no one wants to provide any answers as to the sales tax exempt status. The order has already been processed but the taxes haven't been removed. I would think the sales team would let us know before they process and start to ship the order. No really impressed

I never received my order from 11/17/2022, I contacted you & asked to cancel order requested credit back to card still have not received as of 1/27/2023. Contacted Susana Ruiz still no response.

ordered influenza testing kits from the company's website and there was no indication of a profound delay. The expected delivery date will likely be past the peak of flu season, the remainder of the kits will likely go out of date before next flu season. if you need reliable customer service and timely availability of products this would not be the vendor for you.

Sorry to say the worst After-sales Support ever! Have been trying to reach them since I purchased but nothing happened! 20 days post order and still no parcel and no tracking number!

Absolutely appalling experience. I have a child with cerebral palsy and was recommended a machine to help him. I paid in good faith and never received the item. Every 2 weeks, an order update would arrive pushing out the expected date again and again. My money was taken with no sign of a product. Totally unacceptable. I will make sure to tell anyone who will listen not to shop with you, exploiting parents of children with disabilities. I’m still waiting on my refund and all this while my child is without the therapy, when I could have purchased from somewhere else.
