“The order, which was difficult to find a way to do from the USA, was not good. It is difficult to use, poorly positioned on the caddy, and cheaply made—not worth quarter of what i paid for it. The sand holder that I bought with the caddy is also a piece of garbage. It broke easily riding low on the caddy because it was cheap and thin plastic—totally inappropriate for its function. I have come to realize that there is no easy way to repair anything that might go wrong. Shipping to Australia is a ridiculous option. To put it bluntly, I am sorry that I purchased a product so difficult to use and one with shoddy add-ons. Finally, I do not do market research for you. Surveys are a waste of my time. I don't work for you. This whole experience to date has been a waste of time and money. I wonder if you think I will be likely to recommend your product or your company to anyone? jehrenre@uno.edu”

“The score card holder is not quite large enough to hold my club's scorecard but the phone holder is excellent. also, the instructions to attach the acessories is unclear how to install these acessories in combination with the umbrella holder.”

“Your top of the line electric push cart came with zero instruction model. I thought that I might have a link on the box to take me to the manual but NO. I had to go to your website and fool around quite a bit before i found it. Wasting the time of your new client is not a good way to start.”

“A big thank you to the lass who on 1st March advised and forwarded axle pin replacements. From there I replaced the wheels which were a contributing factor of wear and tear on the pins. The wheels were dispatched to me and I was surprised that they arrived earlier that expected. Great serviice alround. My Hunter R200 which I purchased 2nd hand in 2016 is still going strong with regular maintenance. I am hoping that the 12V lithium battery will out my days as a once a week golfer. Cheers Malcolm”

“Happy with product, a replacement battery, but MGI Golf would be better served if the company provided the means to dispose of the original depleted battery. When/if they do so, I'll change my rating to 5 stars.”
