“Bought a garden table and chairs put it together to find one the leg on table is slightly curved to much so I prosivictly insisted a return and full refund and to get a email back asking me for pictures of the damaged table leg and they will send a replacement one I then emailed back to say again I don't want a replacement table leg I wish to have a refund I havnt heard anything back and have read previous reviews which I should of done some research before ordering from them so I have now just pushed the £399 table and chairs to the back of the garden as I can't be bothered to have to deal with such a company that once yiu buy from them that's it deal done they don't want to know
So I would recommend not to buy from them your just throwing your hard earned money away for the cheap but expensive tat that they sell”
“Do not buy greenhouses from this company. I purchased one and parts are missing so had to use cable ties and they couldn’t even line up the bolt holes correctly to put the screws into. The greenhouse is a mess and they offered £20 off. Don’t not purchase from here. Photos to follow”

“After purchasing a sofa bed through The Range, I needed to return it due to it being unsafe. M H STAR were absolutely brilliant; they gave me specific instructions about what I needed to do. I had to repackage it, take photos and email them. They arranged for a courier to collect, 20 minutes after it was collected, I rang them and a refund was organised which I received the next day. Throughout this, I was contacted regularly by email to ensure that I was happy about the arrangements. Excellent service and customer care throughout, thank you!”

“Tried to send the lean to greenhouse back , they would not send a returns label as I don’t possess a printer was informed I have to pay for return to the cost of £64 !! The greenhouse is supposed to be Heavy Duty !!! Really?? The first small gust of wind it was half way across the garden, polycarbonate is substandard as for the instructions waste of time looking at them. How this company is still trading is beyond belief”

“Ordered a bathroom cabinet from M H Star via The Range. They despatched promptly to one of the big delivery companies but that company failed to deliver it. After trying to chase it with them I finally called M H Star. They apologised, cancelled the sale and reordered a replacement in their system. “I am so surprised to read poor reports On MHStar, my personal experience being completely the opposite. I ordered a garden Sofa / Armchairs set via On-buy. It arrived when promised, but unfortunately the glass table top was chipped on one corner and the pain damaged on the other. I reported this directly to MHStar, with pics and got an immediate response saying they would send another, with apologies. Within days this appeared, but unfortunately this time the glass was totally shattered and another one is currently on the way. Unlike other companies I have dealt with who don't even have the courtesy to respond to emails and don't call back as promised when you phone, I have found MHStar-UK totally understanding and cooperative and I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. I can only tell it as it is for me!”
