Contacted Robert Dyas twice and told it had been lost and would reorder. Just hope this time it will get here. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend.”
“Tried to send the lean to greenhouse back , they would not send a returns label as I don’t possess a printer was informed I have to pay for return to the cost of £64 !! The greenhouse is supposed to be Heavy Duty !!! Really?? The first small gust of wind it was half way across the garden, polycarbonate is substandard as for the instructions waste of time looking at them. How this company is still trading is beyond belief”

After trying to chase it with them I finally called M H Star. They apologised, cancelled the sale and reordered a replacement in their system. “I am so surprised to read poor reports On MHStar, my personal experience being completely the opposite. I ordered a garden Sofa / Armchairs set via On-buy. It arrived when promised, but unfortunately the glass table top was chipped on one corner and the pain damaged on the other. I reported this directly to MHStar, with pics and got an immediate response saying they would send another, with apologies. Within days this appeared, but unfortunately this time the glass was totally shattered and another one is currently on the way. Unlike other companies I have dealt with who don't even have the courtesy to respond to emails and don't call back as promised when you phone, I have found MHStar-UK totally understanding and cooperative and I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. I can only tell it as it is for me!”

We raised the issue with them and got ignored for weeks. Eventually, through Amazon, agreed to pay for and return the items. Had proof of delivery and they still denied receipt.

“Outsunny 2 Seater Assembled Garden Patio Outdoor Rattan Furniture Sofa Sun Lounger Daybed that was due for delivery on 3rd April, the courier did not deliver the product so we cancelled the order. Last week even though we cancelled the order the courier delivered to us. Customer Service for MH Star have been in touch with us this week and resolved the issue more than adequately. The fault lay with the courier and MH Star have been exemplary in sorting the situation for us. I would recommend this company. Sally”
