“I've ordered the Michael Kors, Carlson women's leather penny loafer shoes, which are fabulous. The MK leather loafers are well made, high quality, and beautiful. The leather is of 100% true leather, soft, and looks very expensive. I have these loafers in black patent, cream, luggage, and gunmetal colors. They are the best shoes that I own, and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about this high quality penny loafer. These shoes are also timeless and will be a luxury staple. Once I wear out the soles, I will have them re-soled because these shoes get better with time. Thank you, Michael Kors, for making this lovely loafer, which I will wear for many years.”

“I ordered a jacket from MK global, got it 5 days later, weekend included(Greece), the size was too big, shipped it back the following day( very convenient via DHL, excellent service). I placed another order, different item(logo shoulder bag- great choice!!) which came 2 days later! The money from the first order was in my account one day after they received my return, not a day longer. I am sorry for those who had a bad experience, but mine was nothing like that. I won't think twice for another order. Thank you MK!!!”

“Most individuals in todays society always find time to complain, but rarely give praise when warranted. I was in a customer service enviornment for the most part of my working days so when I see an individual go above and beyond, I feel that kind words are in order. I contacted Customer Service with a situation that I needed help with. Called 866 709 5677. I was really fortunate to get a woman named Yamell who assisted me with my order. She showed empathy, was professional, considerate, helpful, friendly and resolved my issue. After seeing a lot of these negative reviews, I can only say that the stars must have been on my side to be lucky to get someone like Yamell. Thanks Michael Kors for having this women in your employ. She truly made my day!!!!”
