Faulty abs sensor. Faulty on fitting. Sought return and refund. Micks garage labelled it a warranty issue steadfastly refusing refund. Hagwash. Issued chargeback via paypal. Paypal rapidly issue refund. Conacted micks garage re faulty sensor - bin or return? No reply. Shoddy operation run by shoddy operators. Be aware and beware.

The goods took ages to arrvice. The goods were not as described online: good universal fit? No. I had to provide make, model and year, yet still received seat covers that didn't fit the seats, would damage the interior of the car to install and did damage the product during installation due to the terrible quality and bad fit. Customer service team refuse to refund me until I send damaged goods back by paying for delivery. Complaint not responded to. Consumer rights ignored. Do not use. Rude, no customer service and over charge for bad quality items.

Genuine review (Unlike most here) Genuine review, Micks Garage is a disgrace. 1. Looking for shocks for a Ford Mondeo, enter in Reg and all details for my car comes up. 2. The website then informs you as to the shocks you need for you make a model. This couldn't be easier and is fool proof in theory. 3. Only Micks Garage databases are wrong. I got completely the wrong shocks they wouldn't fit everything wrong with them. 4. Support was useless, they said they would refund them, followed the instructions and still didn't get the refund. I now have bought shocks, and paid for postage back to them and nothing. 5. Supports advise, search for the product you need to the product number of the shocks. Useless.....Their system sent me the wrong shocks and diverted me to them. Their advise....don't use the system we have set up. Still wait for money back.

Bought a few items from them, they took over 3 weeks to arrive, with no notification from them that there was a delay. Before they arrived, I asked to cancel the order, they replied a week later with a generic dispatch confirmation e-mail. 1 item was not available, they didn't tell me until the last minute when the other items had shipped. The box arrived damaged. I contacted support several times and never had a personal reply or apology, or any reference to my refund requests; the only thing they e-mailed me were generic (automated) e-mails. I would never use them again or recommend them as a result.

I purchased an "Intelligent" Battery Charger and within 4 weeks or so it failed and would not charge, as it was indicating that the battery was already charged. Despite this information or should I say, ignoring this information, they require that I return the item, by post, at my expense. Using the Covid-19 situation as a reason for their change of policy. Previously there was an option of technical support plus the facility of going to their premises in Park West, but neither option is available. If they were indeed thinking of their customers, then at the very least they should pay for the cost of returning the faulty item. This is the policy of the supplier of the faulty part. So unless MicksGarage change their policy, then the best option is to avoid shopping with them.

Ordered roof bars 2 weeks ago, took my money and order confirmation over email but no tracking order. 6 emails later i finally get a response to say the item has been ‘lost in transit’ but now the item is out of stock. Absolutely BS! I needed this item this weekend for our one and only family holiday this year, hence ordering 3 weeks in advance. They have totally screwed my over. Avoid MicksGarage at all cost. Absolute rip off merchants.

I've being a customer for a long time,I normally don't do reviews, but I had to this time, I done an Order on 1st of May, and payed for express delivery too its now the 11th of May, the thing is I live 10 minutes from the place, I've collected stuff before, I've being in touch with customer care, and they couldn't tell me anything about the packages,now I was expecting a bit of a delay due to cov id, but on micksgarage website it did say that they are still delivering and that 95% of order will be shipped in 1 to 2 days, so I guess I'm in the 5%, I did go back on site to take a pic of statement and it's now gone, so I guess there's a lot of people waiting for there packages and complaining. I'll not buy anymore from them and I will not be recommending to anyone

I've being a customer a long time with micksgarage, I don't normally do reviews, but this time I had too, I put in an order on first of May and I payed extra for express delivery, I only live 10 mins from the place and it's now Monday 11th of May, I've got in touch with them about it, not much help couldn't tell me anything, it was a big order too over 100 euro, after this they have lost a good customer, I will not recommend them to anyone anymore, on the website it did say some delivery's would be slightly delayed due to cov id, but don't worry over 95 % of delivery's will be out in 2 working days, guess mines in the 5%.

Terrible company, non existent customer service!. Do not expect your item to be despatched never mind actually receive it!. Obviously making lost of money due to the surge in online demand for products & couldn't give a damn about customers!. AVOID!!

Put in an order almost 2 weeks ago - hasn't turned up and all emails to the company ignored. First time customer and very upset. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Never ever from mickgarage.com They sell whatever they want. Part I ordered was im stock on the day I ordered but what I've got is completely different . Costumer service is a joke! They try telling me that I got upgrade free of charge haahah. Don't mention express delivery which now the scam for extra 5 e . Not recommended .

An absolute shambles from start to... well, no refund as yet! I ordered three items and I also paid extra for a faster delivery. It took over a week for the delivery to actually reach me and when Parcel Force finally arrived, the package was damaged and open. Having ascertained that one of the three items was missing, I refused delivery and contacted Mick's Garage to explain the situation and to ask for a full refund. Having waited over a week, and not hearing anything from customer service, I contacted them. The response was less than helpful. I was informed I would have to wait until the delivery was returned to them. "Not my fault, not my problem" seemed to be the order of the day. They had no idea as to when the order would be returned to them and a full two weeks later I am still to receive any refund. I asked for the contact details of the person with responsibilty for sales. This request was completely ignored. I would advise finding an alternative supplier for your car parts and I most certainly would never use this company again.

Where to begin....I hesitated to even give one star. Ordered a part having checked with my mechanic it would fit, paid for fast delivery . Delivery didnt happen so complained and got a refund for the postage...so far so good . Part arrived...wrong part. When I queried why I hadnt received what I ordered I got told I had been sent a better version as they didnt have the one I wanted, and if it was the wrong part it was because I had ordered wrongly in the first place . I screenshot all my purchases so sent that in...only to discover the part had mysteriously vanished from the website after I started to complain. Several emails exchanged and they still claim the part I got is what I ordered. I then rang the business number as its impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone on the other two extensions , and eventually he conceded that the part I was sent and the part I ordered were not the same, and he would send me a prepaid postal label...I'm still waiting . I'm damned if I am going to pay postage on something I didnt order so its trading standards next for me.....shoddy shoddy customer service...wont touch them again

Told I had payed for the fast delivery when I never even had the option as it defaulted to that payment on my app. Gave up trying to get a refund, yet the parcel still took 9 days to arrive instead of the 3 days that I "paid for". Customer satisfaction does not come into it. Would not advise using this company to anyone

DONT BUY FROM MICKSGARAGE.COM It says… DONT BUY FROM MICKSGARAGE.COM It says on the web site EASY RETURNS NO I got 2 Emails from them with differant addresses one in Barnsley one in Irland I sent a quiry got back email saying the Barnsley adress was no longer being used (WHY SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS) WARNING YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POST

The picture from the site is what I ordered, the instructions and fit kit are for a totally different vehicle. When confronted, the company claimed I made the wrong selection, and ignored my further emails. BAD COMPANY!

So I have been dealing with this company for a couple of weeks now. It has been nothing but one problem after the next. After selecting my vehicle from their site, having a vehicle show up which looks exactly like mine (its a civic, pretty common) I proceeded to purchase a suitable rack. When the product got to me, it did not fit my car even remotely. I contacted the manufacture of said racks and they informed me they do not even make a fit kit for my car. So either Micks site is horrible at organizing their products or they just don't care about their customers. I am beyond outraged by the whole process. The attempts to first contact and get shipping costs sorted was a nightmare. Getting them to agree to refund me was a hassle. Then onto of it all, to ship the good back to them to get it refunded, it is going to cost me 3x (almost $700) the racks value to get it to them. Their answer was "shop for a cheaper courier". Please do not buy from this company, they may mean well but they are disorganize, combative and very very against helping the customer ensure they are satisfied.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE TO DEAL WITH! Purchased some weather shields, first time they turn up broken in transit, asked for replacement and they refunded as 'were out of stock. Waited some months, ordered another and paid for, 6 Or so weeks later chased where the eff they were with nothing but an attitude response. Now refunded again and say they have no courier or carrier that can send to Australia anymore. Absolute ridiculous experience and would not reccomend!

Got sent the wrong part. 2nd time this year. Website part compatibility check does not work correctly. Filled in the website returns contact form, twice, with no reply. Rang relevant customer service helpline, also twice, got hung up on both times. Complained via email, saying all of the above. Got a generic reply back with a code to send back incorrect item, at my expense. Waiting for a refund....won’t hold my breath. AVOID
