BAD BAD BAD, The world of internet shopping has taken over and it really should be a good thing to have a choice without trapping round from shop to shop by car or by foot, However I feel that businesses whom operate over the internet have a responsibility to resolve their issues in an acceptable manner. MicksGarage most certainly don't have any concern regarding resolving their mistakes. I purchased a set of Roof bars for my car where I put in my Registration number and their system identified the bars required. As i needed the roof bars for my holiday (9 days away) I didn't want to risk not getting them so I paid for next day delivery (They arrived two days later on Saturday instead of Friday) The roof bars were the wrong size for my car being about 10 inches too short. Had to then wait until Monday to contact them as they only operate Monday to Friday. When I did phone the rude man on the other end of the phone suggested they were the right bars as he had sold hundreds of them and that I was wrong! When I returned home from work I took photo's to prove that the bars were wrong, However as by this time they had closed for the evening they didn't receive my email til Tuesday. They then had to admit I had been sent the wrong ones and said I would need to send them back for a refund and then re-order a different set, I asked them to send me the correct bars by courier and I would give him the incorrect bars to return, Their reply was simply "NO WE CANNOT DO THAT" So with Micks Garage resolution Clearly this is not possible to achieve before i go on holiday on Saturday! Needless to say I will certainly never use them again. BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SIMPLY SHOULD NOT EXIST IF THEY CANNOT SEE IT AS THEIR RESPONSIBLY TO PUT RIGHT ISSUES THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER, I WASN'T ASKING FOR COMPENSATION SIMPLY THE PRODUCT THAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM!!!

Do not buy from these guys, bought some wind deflectors and they were totally the wrong ones and covered in scratches and greasy finger marks , was told to email photos of proof, and now can’t even get through to speak to any one, what a waste of money.

Poor handling of orders and poor handling of complaints. Customer service choose to blame the customer whilst laughing and creating mockery on the phone. Requested recordings of calls through legal request and after several acknowledgements of the company receiving my request I still have not received anything. The company went as far as blocking my phone number . Look at reviews the company praises anyone who 6 stars the company but disregards genuine complaints. I'm pursuing this regardless. Buyer beware.

Do NOT buy from these guys. Customer service is very poor. Order supposed to be arrived by Wednesday, now it is Monday night the following week which mean 3 days late. It is extreme delay as order was chosen for next day delivery, so 3 days late is not acceptable. But there is no guarantee that order will be arrived soon as cannot track it. I will update the review once I get more update about the order.

Wrong Part - No Refund. I order a part from this company, they sent me out a part for a completely different model vehicle with all references ie. model number and part numbers removed. The box the part was sent in was correct and the shape of the part was right. Unknowing to me at this stage I installed the wrong part that they sent to me, the next day my car started to act up after a few garage visits it was found out that the issues were being caused by the wrong part Micks Garage sent me out. They refuse to refund me the money I paid for the wrong part they sent out to me. Don't bother with these guys their customer service and after sales is a joke.

I got a cheap roof rack, all the parts were there. everything works and was easy to install. took less then 2 weeks to ship. Im impressed, but yet you get what you pay for. Its not the prettiest but it works.

Part arrived. Once opened the part is dirty and most importantly there is debris under the seals of the master cylinder , one place you do not want any dirt, ( how I wish I could upload photos!) Its certainly not new condition. Since Friday (now wed evening) all i have been asked to do is submit photos which i have done twice now over 48 hrs ago all the while the customer's car is sat waiting... While I am still waiting for a returns number! I was going to re order or have them send out a replacement but they've lost my custom for good. Funny how they take your money quick and send the part , but god forbid you have a problem...talk about getting taken for a ride.... Shocking service . one more time mailing the photos over and another 24hr wait for a response ( I think is fair) before I take it to trading standards. Be warned. I will edit my review once I get an answer....

Customer service attitude absolutely stinks. Had one genuine lad out of the small number running the show here. No contact with management and the only contact I had with HR was from a woman who called me from a withheld number and gave me heaps of abuse and I was later told she'd taken the call on her own phone privately away from the building. Something doesn't add up here they tried the same crap with me as almost everyone else that's complaining about them.. send whatever parts they feel like sending then try blaming the customer then ignoring calls and emails. Far from done with this bull.

Items not delivered. Resent but part of order missing. Advised that I had cancelled it and delivery was now chargeable as missing item now meant total cost of order no longer qualified for free delivery. Brilliant scam!

Description of parts are not!!! Proper. Dnt waste ur time bothering with this company, and they rip u off on delivery charges!! Even frm their uk branch. Enuf said!!

Wind deflectors delivery spot on price spot on 1 came damaged offed me 10%discount i said would like replacement thats when they totaly changrd accused me of the damadge wont reply to emails so im looking into small claim court

Do not buy anything from them! I ordered an item and didn’t get it, they still charged me full price and when I emailed them that no item came they said that they won’t be able to refund or replace the item as they said that it got lost in the shipping process. They said that they have a “satisfaction guarantee” but they won’t help you with any concerns. Their customer service is really bad. Buy your parts and accessories somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

PURCHASED MANY ITEMS FOR MY OLDER CAR AND NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH ANY OF THE PARTS ORDERED.VERY HELPFUL TO GET YOU OUT OF THAT STICKY SITUATION.WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL SORTS OF ITEMS.NEWER CARS AND OLDER TYPES TOO.

Ordered wind deflectors, the delivery company was unable to find my address (only company to have this issue) and subsequently sent item back to store. I was charged £4.60 for an item they failed to deliver and no offer to re deliver. This is a breach of contract under common law. Useless company with terrible customer service

I never got any emails from them about dispatch or shipping tracking # . I was billed and have contacted PAYPAL to resolve. They provided me a tracking# they got from Micks byt it didnt work !! Stay away !! I bnever did hear from Micks and am waiting for PAYPAL to resolve and reimburse me ! BIG PAIN in the A$$

Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Bought a pair of Aguri Prestige for my golf Alltrack and despite being advertised as compatible, they are too wide. Look elsewhere

It used to be good company but something is wrong now. Orders are delayed like weeks, no respond from customer support at all! I think it's time to avoid this part supplier, especially if you need something to be delivered in a week - no way!

The wrong part was supplied, it looked OK but was wired wrongly and malfunctioned when I fitted it. I contacted them by email twice and called them once. I was told to wait for a customer return number and asked to send a video of the part malfunctioning. I did send the video but didn't get a reply and they didn't give me the return number they had asked me to wait for. I realised that either my car could be unroadworthy while I called them every day and chased them up so I could return the part and wait for their replacement etc or I could re-wire it myself. I chose to invalidate the parts warranty by re-wiring the thing myself. It worked but I shouldn't have been faced with choosing between rubbish customer support or re-wiring a new part. Sorry Mick, I won't be using your garage again :-( Goo range of parts, customer service won't get back to you. I was told they had people off sick. I'm sure they had enough well people to sell parts, just not enough to manage faulty returns procedure.
