“I ordered a t-shirt only to find that it was discontinued but it took just under a month to get that notification. Meanwhile the rest of my order was held up, again with no notification. I did finally receive the items but, given that you can get stuff from amazon in a day, the service was incredibly underwhelming.”

“I ordered the green Felix Project shirt in July, with a donation to the charity included in the price. Delivery was delayed until after the end of the season (October). However, I am chiefly disappointed that the shirt, nice as it is, does not have the Felix logo on the front. I have asked the shop to explain why.”

“Received the Felix Project replica shirt but it has no Felix logo on the front or sponsor's logo on the back. I have contacted the shop to ask what to do about this.”

“I ordered two different pocket diaries from two different suppliers within 15 minutes of each other on the morning of Friday 6th. The other supplier delivered their identically sized product by first post next morning. Their transaction cost £6.00 and was a standard delivery with no special postal surcharge. The Middx pocket diary arrived on 12th January”

“Was disappointed to recieve a child's cricket shirt with short sleeves when it was illustrated on line with long sleeves.Also felt that £6.50 was excessive .”

“Payment was taken at the time of purchase even though the product was on back order and I then received no communication as to when I could expect the order. Eventually after several weeks i sent an email to chase up. It was again several days before any reply was received and when it came it was unhelpful and quite abrupt in its manner. If there was to be a long delay, payment should only have been taken when the product was dispatched and communication regarding when the order could be expected would have vastly improved the experience.”
