“The goods were despatched and received very quickly and were exactly what I required”

“I made my purchase through your new OZ Minisport site and I must say that although your prices are better than those of the two Australian suppliers that I normally use, the rest of your service was not as good as theirs. For the item that I purchased, they would have sent it by Star Track couriers ( a division of Australia Post ) and it would have only cost me $15.00 and it would have arrived within 5 days. You on the other hand sent it by Royal Mail ( signed International ). This means even though you have a place of business here in Australia located at 20 SCOTT STREET, BAIRNSDALE VICTORIA, 3875 AUSTRALIA, my item was sent from the UK. I might as well just have used the UK site. I paid the same in postage and it tokk the same time to arrive.”

“Great quality product, very quick delivery. My only critisism is that it would be good if the alloy calipers included pad split pins, otherwise, perfect.”

“Ordering is simple and straight forward. Delivery has always been quick. Some parts are difficult to find on the website. They are there, but not always where you would expect to find them, or the stores identifying description is different. Always had a good service.”

“Usually when I do my international purchases with Minisport I receive no information of when the item is shipped, or I do receive word when it had already left UK. Also on many occasions Minisport won't ship my package out for for then 5-7 business days. I have contacted Minisport on these situations and they informed me that all items are in stock and should be on their way. Unfrortunately that doesn't mean they are out the door for at least another 24-48 hours. As for this transaction, they did manage to ship the order out in a timely fashion, but doesn't mean I will trust future orders.”

“I'm always happy with the service I receive from mini sport. However the shipping charges a ludicrously high. The items I bought did not weigh 30kg, nowhere near yet this is the charge I had to pay. Also the box arrived damaged with a large hole in the side. The items were just loose in the box with no packing material so could have fallen out.”
