“impossible to contact anyone, minimal options, no way to delete account”

“Scam business. I created an account, because I could not see the pricing without doing so. After seeing the pricing, too high, not going to work for me. Low and behold 3 days later a get a notification that my order is on its way. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I smell a lawsuit for them.”

“Buyer beware!!!! I signed up for the subscription service through Misfit Market, but ultimately decided to pursue a different mailing service. I cancelled my upcoming order and did not add any items to my cart for future orders. One night, I get a notification from MM that they have ‘received my order’ and I get a charge on my card for items I did not order. When reviewing my emails, I notice that they have filled my cart for me and placed the order. I am dumbfounded that MM thinks this is an acceptable business model - to fill customer’s baskets and charge them without their consent, and that it is the consumer’s responsibility to intervene within a certain number of days to stop it. When I look at my basket, many of these items I am unable to eat, as for my dietary restrictions. This is a twisted way of doing business!!!”

“This broker is a scam!! Please guys avoid them. I was only a victim to them because I believe it will be the best for me but am unable to withdraw from them and they keep on asking for more deposit. “Misfits Market to me isn't worth the price you pay. I just canceled my account for the 3rd time because when I thought I canceled the first 2 times apparently it didn't work and I have gotten 2 orders I didn't want and now I find out this morning I was charged yet again. I DO NOT recommend this company. Apparently they're desperate to get your money when even canceling your account doesn't work.”

“They tried to scam me too I never consented to an order yet they tried to Bill me for it even though I never received anything. 3 years later and they continue to try to run it through my credit card even though I have blocked them. They will do it in the middle of the night thinking I won't catch it but my credit card companies sends me a lot of pictures and that they had blocked them. Stay away from them”

“Damaged deliveries over and over again. Two day late delivery--still waiting for my Tuesday delivery and it is Thursday late afternoon. They don't offer better prices and the produce is usually half rotten. No contact information--all correspondence via email which they don't respond to. Going to Thrive Market.”

“The delivery driver didn't deliver to our apartment door as they advertised they do, and our package was stolen. It was delivered to a main floor, big open area. The company did a -one time- reimbursement, but now won't deliver to our address, and wants us to pick it up from them somewhere else.”
