My parcel got lost and Emma from the chat online was very helpful in re-issuing a refund on an out of stock item and sending the rest of the items via next day delivery. Very efficient, thanks Emma!

I have very mixed feelings about Missguided. The thing that lets it down most is their returns system. Delivery is always great (although I did receive 2 right feet for a pair of shoes I had been waiting aaaages to come back into stock!). The clothes and shoes are of good quality and prices are generally good for the value. The returns however really put me off ordering. There is never any updates from missguided throughout the whole process and I have physically had to contact Missguided to ask where a refund is - once contacted they are able to issue it straight away! I would have lite confidence in placing more orders if the returns process was was More user friendly. If we were kept up to date instead of waiting and waiting and then having to contact them for the issue to be refunded then they would probably get more business.

My item was faulty and i had not yet received a refund. I spoke to Emma on the online chat who refunded me in seconds. Great Service from Emma.

Find Missguided to be one of the best clothing brands for customer service, they are willing to help quickly and efficiently. Spoke with Lucy this morning about my order that was due on Friday but there had been some delivery address issues. She immediately resolved the issue for me without causing me any further delays. Great service and very friendly.

Amazing customer service from Shannon! I paid for UK Friday morning delivery for £6.99 but my order didn’t arrive within that time. I contacted the CS team and Shannon processed a refund for the delivery cost for me! Thank you so much ❤️ xx
