i placed an order and they didint want to change my billing info they needed so much proof from me that they did not send my order ! this site sucks very bad, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ! i needed my order by friday & all they can say is to cancel it & i would get my money within "3-5" working days ! a real busniess would ship thier order no matter how much proof there is !

At first, I had high hopes for the website; seeing many bloggers rave about their products and their prices were great! However, no $20 bodysuit even with an extra 30% off will ever sway me again to buy from Missguided. I had placed my order and the total was around $200, great. And free postage, great. So I expect my order to just be shipped to me when I bought it, however they wanted to do a security check, so they made me send a picture of my ID, and SEVERAL documents that prove I am who I say I am. After many emails saying my proof of ID wasn't enough, they finally tell me they will dispatch my items. A week later I get an email telling me they didn't get any proof of ID so they're cancelling my order. Um... What? They tell me that they're so sorry but I'll have to place my order again. Annoying. Then they tell me they won't honour the discount I used even though it was their fault that my order was cancelled. Too bad for me, was what I gathered from their emails. After 30-something angry emails later, they finally agreed to honour the price that I originally paid. Really aggravating. I place my order AGAIN, and again they ask for proof of ID. I provide the ID and they say my order is going to be dispatched from their company. Later I get an email saying my order has been delayed. Apparently it's been delayed for a few days now and I'm STILL waiting for them to ship it. This has been going on for weeks and at this point I'm scared that the quality is going to suck or that I'll receive the wrong items... Wish me luck. Please don't order from Missguided! Save yourself from aggravation and disappointment.

HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I RETURNED TWO ITEMS AND NEVER GOT A RETURN UNTIL I EMAILED THEM ABOUT IT. THIS TRANSACTION TOOK ABOUT 2 MONTHS TO BE HANDLED BUT I DID GET MY MONEY BACK.... HOWEVERRRRRRRRR I RECENTLY RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM FED EX STATING THAT I HAD A PAST DUE BILL. AND GUESS WHO IT WAS FROM...... MISGUIDED!!!!!!! APPARENTLY BC THEIR STUFF ARE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY THEY MAKE THEIR COSTUMERS PAY FOR THE CUSTOMS TAXES AFTER THE FACT!!!! I OWED FED EX MONEY AND HAD NO IDEA UNTIL I RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM. FED EX TOLD ME THAT THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY ALWAYS TAX THEIR COSTUMERS AND ITS IN THE FINE PRINT! I AM SO UPSET..... NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM MISGUIDED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of the clothing is terrible. I would not recommend missguided to anyone!

I ordered a £40 jumpsuit and they sent me a £10 basic jersey skirt! But the reciept said that they sent us the jumpsuit and they charged us for it. I had to send it back, and to top it all off I had to pay for it to be sent back even though it was their error. On the returns sheet, one of the reasons for returning is 'wrong item recieved' so it must happen a lot. Surely youd think they would check they have the correct items before sending them off. And also for this order, (as i spent over £50) they said they would give me free next day delivery, i ordered it monday morning and it didnt come until wednesday afternoon. Overall, not my best experience with the website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order in April, then received an email from Missguided that my order is cancelled. Suspecting that the item went out of stock, I waited and saw that the item went back in stock so I purchased it again. I check my bank account and see I got charged twice. Contacted Customer Service and they told me that they didn't cancel my order, just that Fed Ex changed the consignment number on the package. Wtf? Why would you send an email saying you cancelled the order and later charge me twice? COMPLETE SCAMMERS. Returned one of the packages, never got a refund after weeks of struggling with corresponding with the customer service. As of today, June 9th, I found out I'm not going to get a refund after all this time and MAYBE I'll get store credit... All of this after THEIR MISTAKE. PIECE OF ADVICE: NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL BUSINESS AND THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Returned two items and never received a refund. It's been about two months. Do not order from this company!!! Customer service is horrible and they will take you for your money.

I placed an order and purchased a good amount of clothes for my vacation. After placing my order I received an email saying they need proof of address. I submitted everything they requested. I received an email back saying everything was verified and my clothes would be shipped. After 2 weeks of waiting I receive an email my order will be cancelled. So not only am I leaving on vacation without the clothes I ordered but they charged me and held my money for more than 2 weeks. Not to mention it takes 5 days for the refund to hit my account !!!! Totally regret ordering in this site. Was my first time and will definitely be my last !!!!!!! I don't recommend STAY AWAY!

RETURN SCAMMERS. Do not buy from here if you might make a return! They lost my sister's returns and now suspiciously lost mine as well...2 packages. I keep reading about other customers having the same problem. Wish I would have researched the company first. Very suspicious company. Customer service was rude. I moved homes and no longer have my postage receipts from a month ago, so I am screwed out of $200. Never had issues with other UK clothing companies. Shop at ASOS. So reliable, unlike Missguided.

I ordered 3 items back in April, returned 2 within the 14 days and never received a refund. I reached out to customer service and they offered store credit since I lost the postal receipt. I thought, "great! they are still honoring my purchase." However, they are offering me store credit LOWER than the value of the items I returned. Their reason? "Everything is reported in British pounds." No, duh. I understand that. When I converted the credit to US dollars, it wasn't the same amount. Why isn't the amount equal to the original purchase? I'm not even asking for a refund for the shipping costs either. I also ordered two items in May and returned those as well. I'll probably have to go through the same process. They are quick to respond (within at least 1 business day) but I would not purchase from them again and I don't recommend it, especially if you live overseas.

I ordered a dress and a top from here. Loved them on the website! Firstly, the delivery was terrible. I stayed in waiting for the delivery and I received no emails or text messages of the time it would be delivered at. Once finally receiving my delivery, the dress was not what I had expected. It looked very different on and the colour was not the same as it was advertised. I decided to keep the top considering it was only £8.00. Would never order from here again as it has left me stressed and I am going to have to search for a dress ANYWHERE ELSE.

I love the clothes from Missguided, they genuinely are good quality. However their delivery system is BEYOND poor. Every time I order next day delivery there always seem to be an issue. They will try and issue you a 10% promo code which really isn't acceptable if you're not planning on spending too much and considering their NDD price is £4.99. They are very hesitant to give you a refund on your postage and it becomes a battle to get one. Their communication is also terrible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered from missguided back in February, received my item in March (they sent me the wrong item not once but twice) I returned March 21, 2015. It is now May 28, 2015 and I still have NOT received my refund (from a mistake that happened on their part). Every person that I speak to from the company gives me a different date as to when I should be getting my money back! Its been 2 full months there is no reason for it. I strongly suggest if you are thinking about ordering from this website to NOT do so. Save yourself the time and money!

I had never ordered from missguided but having ordered things from a very similar online shop and had no hassle and good products I thought I'd try here. I ordered three things totalling £53 because it's free next day delivery if the orders over £50, it was complete four minutes after the deadline and expected they wouldn't have any leeway so fair enough it will be here the day after, day after rolls around and we get a parcel from DX the courier service missguided use but it isn't from them. Very dissppointed I will be contacting them tonight about it as they should not be making promises they can't keep

The clothing was very poor quality. Bad stitching. the sizing was sloppy. And it is taking forever to get a refund. I am pretty much getting the run around & am going to call my credit card company in order to have my funds snatched back. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered a dress and top, which came the next day. However the dress was of very poor quality so I planned on returning it, but during the first few hours if wearing the top it fell apart so I will have to return it too. Clothes is of terrible quality do not order from here.

I placed an order at the start of April but they never did send me an email after my items were "shipped" so I was like okay let me just wait for them to arrive. But they never did! After contacting the customer service people they managed to get a resend on my items but some of the items that I first order were already out of stock and it was very very disappointing. It's not like they provided me with a better shipping option. I'd have picked that if they had it. Anyway, it's been almost two months and I have yet to receive ANYTHING at all. Even the items I bought from other online stores in may have already arrived! So buy at your own risk i guess.

Was sent the wrong item. Wasn't offered the correct item. Was offered a return and reimbursed shipping. After much confusion over whether the return had been received, I am now fighting to get the promised reimbursed shipping. They keep offering a credit, but I have no desire to be indebted to this company after they first messed up. Now, I have to make an international phone call from the US to stay on their *ss to actually transfer the money. So, I'm investing even more to clean up their mess. I can't even speak to the quality of the product because I didn't even open the product.
