“The dress came when it said it would and it was what was shown in the photos”

“I ordered a jacket at the end of September, thank goodness I didn't need it for a special occasion. I feel like the shipping was turtle-speed slow. The jacket itself is great, but I was beginning to think I was never going to receive it. Missguided sent me a confirmation when I ordered, another email to say it had shipped, then another email saying it would arrive in "3 business days." That last email was on October 6th. The package didn't arrive until TODAY October 13th, nearly a week after they said to expect it. The tracking details were a little shady the whole time too. I think it's great that you guys are trying to give people a heads up about shipping but make sure it's at least somewhat accurate, especially if that person has ordered for a special occasion. I would probably order from here again if I saw something I really LOVED, otherwise, I'll stick to my tried and true online stores, where I KNOW I'll get my package in 2 days.”

“NIGHTMARE! I always order off misguided never had any problems before except the old deceived by the picture than the outcome that we have all done. However this time they sent me the wrong order a skirt instead of a dress for my graduation. After emailing 3 times only dos I receive a reply on their Facebook customer service who very rudely told me that I can only get my dress if I send this skirt back first. I told them I needed my dress ASAP for my university graduation they where nice enough to offer the idea that I pay for the delivery to be returned to them as quick as I can and they will refund me for the cost. Only with a pinch of luck I received my dress on the day of my graduation. Result! But then only to be told that they will not be refunding me. Unacceptable rude and over all gutted that they have dealt with me in such a way. Not sure If I will ever order from them again.”

“Having ordered from musguided for awhile now they have always been really good except my last two orders. One took longer than next day delivery, but on chasing communication was good and they did refund my delivery. My last order I ordered a black short sleeved feathered dress and received a black long sleeved high neck feathered dress on emailing again quick responses I don't think the dress ordered exists. May keep the dress sent as it is actually nice. Oh and keep using Hermes as they deliver the next day not the other company DX.”

“i don't order a lot from miss guided as whenever I have brought a dress it had been faulty! Or the sizes are just off! They did give me a refund for the dresses though and they refunded me the postage too! However I don't have any trouble buying just simple tops from miss guided, but I would never buy dresses from there again as the quality of them are not very good!”

“While their clothes are beautiful (sometimes overpriced) their site is the most glitchiest site i've ever run across. Prices change soon as they're put into the cart. I contact them on numerous occasions and they tell me that i should empty my cache. I proceed to do that and wait a while and STILL glitchy. They tell me to try another browser. do that and STILL glitchy. I even switched computers. STILL.....glitchy. shipping is about two weeks and you have to sign for it which is a pain but they have nice merchandise.”

“An update on my missguided price dispute (see review below): after emailing missguided again about the price dispute and how I felt it was very likened to false advertising, they have now initiated a refund for the price difference between the sale price and the full price I paid for both items. Again this rating is purely for customer service, had it been dealt with properly in the first place I would happily have given them 5 stars for customer service. Im pleased that it now has been rectified but its inevitable for something like this to happen and could happen at any store, however how its handled is important. I feel as though if I had not said anything further, it would have been left unhandled and I would have received no refund.”
