“I like their selection of clothing. The problem is if you need to return anything you better bring a big wallet! I returned a small parcel today and it cost me 13.00 to ship it back. What a ripoff! I shop ASOS Company and their shipping and refund are free, plus I get 2 day shipping by UPS. Talk about a deal. If they don’t want to pay for the shipping cost hide it in the price of the clothing being ordered. Needless to say I think ASOS will be getting my business and not Missguided. Sorry guys!!”

“Terrible customer service. I ordered a bikini top three weeks before going on holiday. They sent a bikini bottom instead of the top. I contacted them and asked if they could send the top but they refused to do so before I send out the wrong item. Because I work during the week I was unable to go to the post office until the following Saturday. When I eventually posted that item back they still didn't send me the right item but made me wait up to a week for the order to be processed which is past the day I'm leaving for holiday. As a result I had to cancel the order and buy my bikini elsewhere. They made a mistake and refused to take responsibility for it. Never going to buy anything from them again.Agata”

“I ordered a swimming costume on the 25th for next day delivery. I got a tracking number from yodel, two days later there was still no delivery or tracking from yodel. The customer service was terrible..4 days later they have told me my item has run out of stock and it has been lost by yodel? So now I have no item and I have to wait 5 days for a refund!!!! Avoid missguided at all costs!”

“I placed an order of a shorts for £9 on the 26th/09/2017 at 17:33 pm and on the same date at 20:30 an email was sent to me stating that my order had been despatched and was given the tracking number for the courier (yodel). Then today the 28/09/2017, have been sent an email stating that my order has run out of stock. Confusing thing, is why would an already despatched order run out of stock. I take it that the customer service communication involves lies .”

“If I could give minus stars I would! Pathetic excuse for customer service. Got sent out the wrong dress, no sign of correct dress coming for 10+ days! Customer service could not have been any less helpful! With so much competition out there this company needs to up its game!! Disgraceful!!”
