Zero customer service; incorrect orders received where the customer has to cover the cost of return and only receives a store credit rather than monies back; would not recommend to buy from misguided online store - most likely you will receive wrong item and no monies back with no option to talk to someone. Although it is a brilliant business model if you have shares at MISGUIDED!

Returns never received, poor customer service, had to email continuously about the same thing and different people answering different things on the email. 1st time I ordered and this will be my last. Absolutely disappointed with the service.

I have had quite a few missing items and wrong items sent but cs have always rectified the issue promptly ..if they don't get back to me via email I contact via Facebook and always get a response and have my query rectified. In my opinion i think missguided are one of the greatest company's regarding quality price and customer service and will continue to support them by purchasing regularly ..I basically love shopping with them and am always satisfied withy shopping experience ...

More than 3 times I have ordered and received a completely different item. Complaints procedure rubbish, staff on web chat illiterate. Will be invoicing for my time and petrol for returning unwanted sh*te. Terrible attitudes held by all staff and lines of communication are slim.

They have sent me a completely different coat to one I have ordered! I have ordered a smart, long, fluffy winter in a nice shade of grey. What they have sent me was an ugly cropped fur which was poor quality, ugly colour with golden shiny patches of material which look just tacky. The coat looks cheap, is not suitable for winter and on top of that, it smells really bad!!! NOT what I have ordered! Very, very disappointed. Not my first purchase from Missguided but might be my last!

One of the items I ordered was out of stock and instead of informing me they just gave me a refund and left me to figure it out.

Im so desapointed with some things. 1:why the plus size fashion in missguided are not the same as the skinny ones. Why the skinny have more options than plus size. 2:why the shoes dosent fit a plus size girl,why we donthave the same ,because we are fat dosent mean we can be fashion. 3:i brouth 4 pars of shoes i send back the for of them im not not very happy with missguided at all😡😡😡😡

Everything! My initial order went wrong from when I initially ordered my item and the autofill put in the wrong address, which I believed and thought that I rectified straight away. Obviously it was not that simple was it. I believed that I changed the address to the one that I have lived in for over 30 years, and yes I online shop ALL THE TIME. You would have thought that thus was the first time I had ordered online. However it seemed that my payment was accepted and taken all with the auto filled address generated by Misguidance...ooops Missguided..Obviously that was not my address. I frantically proceeded to see if this could be rectified within a split second of pressing submit...shick horror..no..yes I mean NO customer service number to be found so I thought ok, online chat...Yes it literally is a chat like with a stroppy 13 year old who doesn't want to talk to you or they do because they have too. So unhelpful so uninformative. They could not help and had to wait for the almighty dispatch email...48 hours time they said...ok it came....they said I CAN change the address once it has been dispatched...WRONG! thats what the CUSTOMER SERVICE adviser TOLD me. Nope not true. They delivered to the wrong address...they refused the delivery as expected but tried to deliver it 3 more times to the WRONG address. Don't forget during this time I have had 6 more chats with unhelpful customer service advisers...the responses to my wrong address dilemma 1. you have to liaise with the dispatcher where you can change the address to the correct address...WRONG....you can change the address with us...over the chat I repeatedly gave them the correct delivery address where the said it could be re despatched....WRONG....then they said a refund Issue ok....then they offered to re despatch.. then I was offered a refund...then I got an email saying my item was delivered to the address...the wrong address obviously thats within an hour of them telling me I will get a full refund...lol I mean this company is what we call a cowboy outfit. The staff are clueless and only say or are told to advise CUSTOMERS what will make them come out of their chat room quickly...they try and pass the buck and do not take ownership to really help customers. I mean what to you expect they have no number you can use and speak to a human being....The likes if their chat room hosts could be computer generated for all we know. I ADVISE ANYBODY who works hard for their money NOT to ever use this site....their competitors are so much better than them.....

I am just going to keep writing horrible reviews about this company because they do not deserve any customers. Cheap AF material and the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

TERRIBLE COMPANY and customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. MY item came and it was broken and have not given me a refund for my item. I will never buy from this SCAMMING company again.

They did not refund me for my item. THe item came broken so I asked for a refund and they would not give it back to me. and the customer service was very unhelpful and rude. The material is cheaply made and they have wasted my time. This is the worst company I have ever experienced.

SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT USE! My girlfriend returned items and waited nearly 2 weeks for a refund. They are now saying that they didn't receive it after asking if she had a return receipt. Stay well away watchdog and trading standards have been contacted.

After returning several items my package was sent back to me with no explanation. After inquiring I was given very little information and help basically being told "no postage receipt no refund" and was told it was my fault and they can't do anything. Customer service are not very nice and very useless and very much get the impression the company only cares about profit and nothing about the customers. DO NOT RECCOMEND BUYING ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO RETURN IT WITHIN A WEEK. So angry with how I've been treated.
