“Hi I have not had the mito light long enough to tell any difference, although it is relaxing and I look forward to using it . I do seem to be sleeping better which is a plus . The only thing I would have done differently is get the bigger panel but I could not afford it .”

“First, great customer service. I had to reach out a couple of time with questions and each time it was simple and the owner himself was very responsive. Second, my dermatologist has commented on how good my skin looks. He asked what i had been using; maybe retinol? I told him red light therapy and he was intrigued. Third, I've not noticed much change in my sore lower back, left arm or knees which i had hoped i would but they certainly are no worse. Will continue to use my red light therapy. I’ve backed down to 15 minutes 3x a week. No regrets for me. Highly recommend.”

“Great light - easy to use, well designed, durable. I have the Mito Red Light Mini - love the size. I wavered between the Mini and the next size up, but I am ultimately glad I chose the Mini. It sits easily on a desk, night stand, or other table (I primarily use on the back of my neck/shoulders/head. It comes with the needed accessories to hang from a door frame. But that is primarily why I like the Mini size, as it is big enough to do my neck and head at one time while being small enough to easily move around. I primarily use the red light to help treat for migraines and headaches (and to a lesser extent, neck tension). It is a very effective treatment for me - I have used for over a month and have found that it (A) reduces the severity of a migraine when I have one (it doesn't complete remediate the migraine, but does reduce it) and (B) reduces the longevity of the migraine. The other primary benefit I have noticed is that it significantly improves my sleep cycles.”

“I’ve been lovng my Mito Red Light. It’s so great. I’ve been struggling with some skin issues that dermatologists have been stumped at curing and with little risk I tried my Mito Red on it and sure enough one week of use, my pesky skin patches I’ve been struggling with for over 3 months, went away! I can’t wait to get a whole wall of this, someday I’ll be investing in a large one, no doubt. Grateful for this and how it is accessible in my home and I don’t need to make an appointment to use it. Love it so much.”

“I had a wound on the back of my lower leg that just was not healing. I really think that red light therapy for two weeks is what finally gave it the boost it needed to heal. I’m delighted with my Mito Red Light.”
