“I still have not received my sofa because the delivery company they use failed to deliver on the agreed date. When I contacted the company, they expect me to wait another 3 working days to see if the product turns up before chasing it up. Do these people realise that if customers don't go to work, they wont be able to buy their goods? Terrible service.
I have since heard from this company who despite it not being my fault that the goods have not been delivered will not allow me to cancel the goods based on the failure of the courier company to deliver on the agreed date. What they have said is they will extract a charge if I cancel the order as it is apparently at the depot and being dispatched again within 3-5 working days. Well why didn't they deliver yesterday as promised? No mention of that point. Beware and stay away from this company because once they have your money they will keep it even if they have failed to deliver on the specified date.”
“Wanted to wait to write a review after I had slept on it for a while. If you like a firm mattress this is a really good choice. I was surprised how comfortable it was and honestly wish I had purchased sooner. The box is heavy. It took me and the Mn Furniture delivery man to lift it up the stairs (he was very kind to do this) so you will likely need two people to move up stairs. I actually gave it a week to fully “inflate” and the mattress inflated correctly with no issues on corners or edges. The bed is firm yet soft but does not sink too much. I actually prefer this to the substantially more expensive traditional mattress I had prior. I also purchased a bunkie board to fully support the mattress on the bed frame I have and a mattress protector because of the multiple layers of foam (was worried and spills would sink into the multiple layers of foam). Even with the mattress protector the mattress still feels breathable and I do not feel hot while sleeping. Highly recommend if you like a firm mattress and are a stomach sleeper.”
“Very poor quality item which broke during construction. I have contacted the company who have offered me a £10 discount (on a £600 piece of furniture) or a replacement part if available. Very disappointed with the quality, especially given the price and want to return, but not given that option.”

“Sofa took 7 weeks to arrive, went past the expected delivery date by over a week. Delivery attempted at wrong time slot, chose a slot id be home at and they tried to deliver 3 hours before hand therefore I missed it, chose a new date and time slot again delivered before my selected time frame. Communication on the phone was close to impossible and no apologies throughout. Would not recommend this company unless you want a headache and a lot of agro”

“If I could put 0 stars I would. This has been the most elaborate drawn out process of return I have ever experienced as a costly price. I urge you never to buy from this company if you are unsure you will not keep your product. It has taken weeks and ££££ and about 20 emails later they have arranged a pick up with a window of a full working day.

A call centre in Africa. Very rude customer service broken, damaged and faulty items. Don’t uphold their end of business policy replacement never got it. It’s a fraud don’t buy from them if you’re happy to receive damaged broken and faulty items the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Money grabbing “B” show caution ⚠️ do not trust them. They need to be reported”

“Be very very careful of this place. I have purchased the same item twice now, but have only ever got emails many days after telling me they are out of stock and will refund. You guessed it, no refund, lucky for paypal buyer protection. I think it must be some dodging guy in an empty warehouse taking money online and never delivering. Very bad :(”
