Company is a joke. No Customer Service or phone line available leaving you pretty stuck if you're an existing customer with an issue. No interest in supporting you as a customer. No level of organisation or even desire to convert you into a customer. Just pretty shocking all round. Cant even get through to a person to ask about product details or anything. Would not use again”

Last week, I ordered a Sofa for my launge and it arrived with in 5 days. The dimension and quality of sofa is just like the one mentioned in description. I am happy with the purchase.”

Months of emails and calls and stress trying to get a sofa which eventually arrived completely broken and terrible quality and then more stress trying to get a refund from them, it could not have been a worse experience. It was so much work trying to get them to answer calls to respond to emails and on the odd occasion they did they are unable to help. The delivery was so bad it was cancelled many times and then when they arrived to pick the broken sofa up they said they hadn't got enough room on the van! It was awful from start to finish.”

“Terrible company - DO NOT USE! They delivered 2/3 packages for a dresser we ordered and “couldn’t find the 3rd”. Their customer service was so slow I had to be the one acting as a go between for them and the delivery company. We’ve waited since April and still haven’t received it.

“AVOID! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a simple open wardrobe. It came mouldy, smelly and frankly disgusting. 2 weeks I have waited for a pick up date so it can be taken away and I can get my money back. Nothing. I have chased 3 times, still nothing. Is this rotten corpse going to completely decay in my bedroom while I wait for their customer services team to wake up? We shall see.”
“I just wanted to write to say how disappointed I was with my order. The shelves were not as pictured on your website. The wood is of poor quality, the brackets were too large for the depth of the shelf and there were extra blocks of wood attached to the undersides of the shelf.
I will not be recommending your company or ordering from you again. The product was nothing like what was shown.”
