“While the product description advises you need 2 people to assemble, I was able to do it alone in a little over 2 hours and I’m nearly 65! The boxes come with extra parts which is nice but I now have 7 screwdrivers if anyone wants to make me an offer LOL! The cushions are quite comfortable and, while some have commented that the backs are too low my wife and I don’t see any issues.
The storage in each section is adequate for games, blankets and/or other small items. Color is lovely and while our two feline children have managed to pull some threads, I used a sweater shaver to trim them with no problem.

“This is fantastic sectional sofa for a fantastic price! It was very easy to put together, and it is great for me, just spreading out solo, adding it to the corner, part to snuggle the partner, or changing positions to watch TV with my pets. I love the cupholder option, and, it is perfectly firm and comfortable. This does not feel like its on budget, which is awesome. Also, I am not sure why the charcoal color was the one that was on scale because it looks wonderful! I would easily recommended this to anybody.”
“All in all this is a nice sectional for your outdoor area. I put it on my deck and to date have received a lot of compliments. I do really like it but it is not perfect.
It was not difficult to assemble but I wish it came with slightly better tools but they worked. The instructions worked well and it really was fairly simple to assemble, it just took a bit because there are quite a few pieces to put together. Mine had a few pieces missing, like screws but I was able to make do. The seller and I worked things out about it which is great.
My least favorite part about the set is the table. I wish it was a little smaller and a tad higher so you can put it more in the center and it would actually stand above the seating area. The cushions are a bit thin so they do wear through a bit, so since it is mostly me I just rotate them. The back rest pillows do not stay in place on their own but when you lean against them they work just fine.
I would not recommend leaving them out in the rain because if they get really soaked they take some time to dry out again. So if a storm is coming I take them indoors so I can use them again right away.
I have seen a few rust spots already, not even a few months into using it but that doesn't really bother me since I doubt it will fall apart now and it is in spots that are not that visible. It is holding up pretty nicely but I do see that if someone around 200lbs sits in one spot for a little longer the sectional is hanging through a bit but it evens out if you leave it be for a while. The worst part of it is trying to put those pieces on them that connects them so they don't drift apart. I was not able to do that really so mine tend to just drift apart when I use it, again not a big deal but I wish they had a better system that is easier to apply.
All in all it looks fantastic, was pretty easy to assemble just takes a bit and so far overall is holding up nicely. It is a decent value for what I paid and fits beautifully in the space that I put it in. In the winter I will either bring it indoors to protect it or cover it with a sturdy cover since winters here will get bad and I don't want it to get ruined. I think I should get at least a few solid years out of it without any issues at all. I love the lounging feature on it and se it a lot. I am out on my deck pretty much every decent day now and enjoy this a lot. I am very happy about it and glad I got this. Now I can actually entertain friends on my deck for a nice glass of wine or beverage of choice.”
“Long story short, we have dogs, and cloth couches can build up smells and stains. So, we ordered the exact same version of this couch almost exactly 4 years later as a replacement.
Initial set up is easy, however, initial comfort is a little stiff. Once you break it in, it honestly is great. The features of the extendable portion is great for creating a comfortable space for sleeping, and the storage in the chaise is great for blankets and pillows.
Overall, we are thrilled with our couch for a second time. It worked great in our small apartment, moved well into our new, small home, and continues to be a great addition. Worth the low budget, if that is what you are looking for... and since it is so affordable, hey, you can order it again!”

“This has to be by far THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The sofa arrived with both the wrong parts and missing parts, the delivery guys would not take it back with them and left it with me unpackaged. When I tried to get in touch to sort this there is NO answer on the phone lines and emails take ages to be answered. Finally a collection for the refund was arranged, I reminded them the sofa was unpackaged and they collection guys would need to repack - they have turned up with no packaging so ca not accept the sofa without damaging it resulting in no refund. I can not get through the phone line to speak to anyone and no one is answering my email - I have 2 parts to the wrong sofa with no legs and no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - also the quality is terrible you can hear the plastic rustle underneath the fabric of the sofa!”
