“Very bad experience as I am using outfitters products from last 6years but i am sorry to say now they are not providing good quality and services.. two days ago went to their outlet for iPhone 12pro max bumper cover replacement. The cover which they provide me is very low quality and even not fitted on mobile, yesterday i visited again for asking to replace it as its not fitted properly but he firstly misbehaved and refused to provide another one.. ask me to give additional money for new replacement I will never recommend anyone to buy Outfitters products From Oman Muscat”

“We purchased fusion full body protection for my phone in January 2023. Recently the cover was dirty and it came out. When we approached the shop in Omans Avenues Mall, Muscat from where we purchased it, we were refused the replacement stating they want the full old cover. The shop staff was talking very rudely and their behaviour was not acceptable.”

“I was sick n tired of using mobile covers n protectors.. Was thinking and one day came across MOBILE OUTFITTERS kiosk in Packages Mall, Lahore.. staff was extremely good n caring.. and he convinced me to install FUSION on my 2 mobile sets.. it was expensive but better then having a broken screen i.e. in last 1 year broke my mobile screen 3 times.. he installed FUSION on front back n sides, both my mobile sets Samsung S23 Ultra & Samsung Note 20 Ultra.. I left with a happy smile.. since that day its been 2 months I have not used any cover, my mobile sets are in there best condition and by the way atleast 2-3 times they fell n I thought again a broken screen but FUSION did it job n saved the screen.. practically I have seen it and experienced it.. I will recommend FUSION, plus the best is that it's self healing coating.. any scratch on the surface it self heals and covers it up.. Mobile Outfitters has saved almost $1000 in for me in 2 months.. I am happiest customer that you can have for FUSION.....”

“Staff was accommodating and great in promoting the products. I ended up getting an original clear coat screen protector. The product looked great until after about 3 days when I noticed a thick line in the middle, it looked like a thick scratch mark although the surface remained smooth (I can't figure out how it got the mark because I don't put anything on the same pocket where my I put my phone). I went back to the shopped to have it checked. They can't remove the mark and they said I need to pay half the original price of the item (as installation fee) if I want it replaced. I personally don't think that's value for money.”
