We've been relying on MobilHelp for about 3 years to "be there" for my 91 year old mother-in-law when we aren't. We've never had to use the service but I test the service every month and at least 90% of the time we get a quick response. On the occasions when the test failed I was able to quickly get support on the phone and work through the issue.

We signed up for this service for our 90 year old Mom who still lives in her own space. She has both the necklace (which I think she uses most) and the wrist band. We bought the extra Fall Service so it would notify someone even if she falls and is unable to press the button. The only problem is that it is so sensitive that if she tries to wear it at night or while taking a shower, it will go off unnecessarily and then she has to respond. Because of this, she takes it off at night, which is not good as she get up to go to the bathroom and sometimes falls and then doesn't have it on to notify anyone! Also, because it too often will go off in the shower just bathing, she won't wear it there! Sort of defeats the purpose of the two most important things we were worried about! Is there something that can be done to tweak this??? Any alternate suggestions??? We do take comfort knowing that she wears it when up during the day but other programs are just as good for that which are somewhat less expensive. Thanks, Susan Lewis

My father is 88, lives alone and driving. I purchased your product for my father for my peace of mind. I'm very happy knowing my dad can still travel and take care of himself and help is always with him. Thank-you.

The instructions we received with the delivery of the equipment were clear and helpful, thus far the service has been good. The one improvement would be to set you payments up online.

Over the several years of the service, I have one negative comment. Three years ago my father went to the grocery store and leaned over into the frozen food area and pushed the button. The agent called him back but my father is hard of hearing. If the device had a vibrate feature the misdirection of the EMTs might have been avoided. As it was, the emergency personnel responded to his house broke down my father's back door. If the agent had double checked the GPS information, the situation would have been less damaging to my relations with my father for insisting he have the protection of the Mobile Help service. I want to assume that this is a cautionary tale for training personnel in an emergency situation to avoid assuming where the clients is. Also, I wish there was an update to include a vibrating feature.

I have both the 'MobilHelp' pendant which I wear around my neck and also the 'G.P.S. Tracking Device.' I feel totally 'confidant' knowing someone knows where I am at all times and can summons help if needed.

I appreciate Mobile Help's system of testing the devices on a regular basis. Fortunately, I have not needed to press the wrist button for help since 2013, but I have confidence that I can summon help from Mobile Help if needed. I also received a refund for the fall pendant service which I terminated in 2016 because of too many intrusive activation of false alarms.

The personnel at Mobile Help are very friendly & helpful. The only thing I don't care for is the black cord the pendant is on. Mine got twisted & broke. They sent me a new one quickly. My neighbor had to attach the pendant to the cord for me. I would prefer a different type of appartus such as a beaded chain.

I don't know how to rate this product. I found having all those pieces to it was like someone watching me untiI I fall. Would not be using it except that my children insisted. I do use the one in the shower. I don't like having the lock box, people ask if my house is for sale. I am sure it does the job but it makes me feel like a feeble old woman.

I have only had Mobile Help for a comparatively short time, but have found them helpful whenever I have spoken to them, and particularly co-operative in replacing one of the pieces I misplaced. I would recommend them to my friends.
