I joined Mobile Help in 2013. I had never needed help until August 2, 2017. I was completing my grocery buying and putting it in my car when I had a heart problem that put me on the ground. The Emergency vehicle was at the Hospital across the street. They answered my pushing the necklace and help was there in minutes. They called my family and told them what happened and I was headed for the hospital Emergency. The family had all the information of my condition before I was transported. I am very pleased with their fast help.

I hit the button accidently while toweling off from a shower and got an immediate response. Problem - I did not think the quality of the voice from control panel was clear enough or loud enough. Feel good about taking remote when I go out of the house - BUT what happens if there is a power outage and I cannot charge unit. Is there some sort of a back up?

I feel more comfortable at work knowing my wife is safe. I work construction and long hours Sometimes. Sigh, I'm relieved. She is on cane, hip replacement

Quick Response from their Monitors. The Equipment is sensitive to touch. The only thing I don't like is that the Equipment is Leased. You should own it after a couple of years being a Customer & get a lower Monitor Fee.

I signed my wife, who has dementia, up for MobileHelp and selected the Fall detection pendant. After the service began she fell twice and the devise did not detect the falls. I was told by MobileHelp that if you fall and attempt to get up within 20 seconds that cancels the notification -- who wouldn't try to get up right away if they are still conscious? I cancelled the Fall pendant and am satisfied with the regular pendant that requires you to press the button if you need help.

I'm probably not going to use the lockbox for several reasons. The combination I chose worked at first but now it doesn't. The dials are very hard to see and to move and EMTs would be slowed down too much dealing with that. There is no indicator line to show which of the three visible lines should be the place to enter the combination. They recently saved me after a heart attack because I unlocked my door before dialing 911. May I return the lockbox for a credit?

I've only been with Mobile Help for just over a month , and it seems to be paying off .the end of the story was, " your going to call the police,one push of this button and I can have them here in three minutes. So yea I like it. Don't fail me now.

Was charged numerous times on card but staff excellent at handling problem. Curtious and friendly. Appreciate the response time in answering phone calls, no long hold times.

to review this after only having a couple of days is stupid in my opinion. We did not get the product we asked for but it was sent out to us - so their customer service was great. It should be written in large print not to wear fall protection pendant to bed. Because she did not read that and well, we got a call at 1am asking if we were ok. We are not the clients, she is and that led us to find out she gave our number since she did not have a phone, So right now the only one we can rate is customer service and they are good. we will see what happens within the next week.

We have only had MobileHelp for about 3 weeks. The company has been very helpful in getting our parents acclimated to the products. We had been using another service but switched to MobileHelp because of the flexibility of their plan. One parent is more sedentary, the other needed the GPS capability. We have not had an emergency yet but the service thus far has been good.

Set up was easy and the representative I talked to was very helpful. Since we have only been set up for a few days, I can't give a real review yet. We haven't had any incidents.

We just set up the system on Saturday. It was very easy to install, activate and test. Very reasonable cost. Very pleased so far.

As far as equipment and response I have been happy however I have never had to use it for an emergency it has given me peace of mind knowing I could get help as live alone. The only complaint I have is that they do not give the $25 gift card they advertise if you get someone to sign up. I feel this is false advertising and needs investigation into . I refer many people to the company and if I don't call and request the card they ignore it.
