I’m old and certainly not proficient in the use of software and the internet. I can tell anyone that when I made a mistake and hit the the wrong part of my phone, or sat down way to hard, I had an immediate response from mobile. I was just approached multiple times to listen to their pitch :I told the company that contacted me that I was happy with Mobile. Thank you for great service. Best Regards, Bill Cormack

We got the micro device for my 90 year old mom. It has proven to be very reliable and an excellent safety tool. Their customer service has been excellent thus far.

I have not had to use this product yet, so I can only go by the contact with personal and one false alarm which was handled very politely in spite of the fact I sort of paniced and couldn't remember how to cancel the fall alert. Had only had the unit 2 weeks at that point!!!

Do not tell a salesman to call you back at some future time, like a week, and expect not to receive the product without the call back. This happened to me! I did not give the salesman my card number, only the name of the person I was considering purchasing it for. He looked up the address himself and evidently my master card number. I wanted to ask the person if they could wear the Call Button around their neck or on their wrist. As it turned out, they could NOT. Now I am being harassed by MobileHelp by phone and by email to pay for something I did not order, cannot use or return. The person I wanted it for has had two heart attacks and a pacemaker since I ordered it and was in the hospital when it was delivered. He is in no condition to return it to Mobile Help!!

The gentleman I talked to this af ternoon was very helpful in getting me back on track and explaining that the green light would go on in a bank building safe deposit box room. I now know what to do, ignore it until I leave the bank. The fire dept was at my house, at the end of the block with the bank when i WALKED HOME. i WAS A BLE TO CALL TO THEM BEFORE THEY ENTERED THE HOUSE - FOUR OF THEM. i WAS APOLOGETIC AND SAID MAYBE i SHOULD JUST \GET OUT OF THIS mOBILE hELP SINCE; THIS IS MY SECOND PROBLEM THIS WEEK. tHE FIRMAN SAID AS SOON AS YOU DO THAT YOU WILL NEED THEM ! sORRY ABOUT THE CAPITAL LETTERS. i DON'T LOOK AT WHAT i AM TYPING UNTIL TOO LATE.

I hit my button accidentally and was notified immediately within seconds also had to make adjustments on my emergency contacts they were very helpful and corrected everything

Yes, I have Mobile Help and I'm so glad that I do. It works! Mine has gone off several times because I accidently hit it on something or I leaned over and it hit the counter. So I know that it works in case I fall or need help. I have referred several friends and one of my friends has purchased it also. Hope I never need this but in case I do......I have it right at my fingertips!! Thank you.

I haven't had to use it yet. I'm happy about that! However I know I am protected, just in case anything unexpected happens. The personnel at Mobil Help were very easy to work with. Others I investigated were very pushy and I'm sure the salesperson I talked with was on a commission. He tried to sell me items I was not interested in. I am pleased with my final decission.

EXTREMELY disappointing. Thank God I haven't had to use this thing in an actual emergency! Today the device began flashing for no reason. When I performed a test the test "Failed" and I was told to contact the Call Center. Of course the "Complete User Guide" doesn't include any important phone numbers but only tells you to "refer to the website listed on the contact information card". So, aside from the "Complete User Guide" how many friggin' pieces of paper do I need to keep? Very disappointing, very not user friendly.
