The customer service was fine. However, I am unhappy that because I needed to change my lock box code I would lose the warranty. I do not understand this.

It does not! In the home OK, however, having to carry the battery pack with either the pendant or wrist strap, is an unwanted hindrance!!

Way to early.....just had the system for two weeks. It does make me have confidence but so has physical therapy and in-home nursing care. We will see if I fall again. Let's hope not.

I have two accounts. Both with the same equipment. My Mom has 9 alerts today in 10 min. One of her items was malfunctioning. Mobile Help could not tell us which piece it was. My wife has a fall pendant which has gone off several times when she is just getting in or out of her chair. This seems to be something that needs to be corrected. Joe Bohnert

I am a little confused. You sent me a new gps because the one I had was defective, and the young lady that set up the new one told me that the light on the cradle would stay on with the new device. Well this morning, I noticed that the light would stay on awhile and then go off, on and off. When I called today, I was told that it was okay if the light went on and off. What is the correct answer?

Well, the basic concept of having a safety alarm device on hand for possible use by someone in need of care seems to be handled well here. But the "fall" device we tried was a disaster. The first day my wife simply was removing it from her neck and the alarm went off! We pressed the button on the home base and said it was an error, but the mobile unit was still broadcasting a message as to whether or not we needed emergency help. Really, it we respond to one unit why does the other still keep going. The same thing happened several days later when she simply bent over to get something on a lower shelf in the freezer. We canceled the next day, because the device it useless if it keep giving false alarms for every day fractions. We swapped for a regular pendant and got the sheet on how to calibrate it, but the guy on the phone said never mind, he could do it from his end. Nice, but not what it emphatically states in the info sheet that came with the new one. Seems like you don't have your act together. And lastly, how dare you to tell me to speak to you before I give a low rating! Were you going to try to raise my opinion to great. If so than the ratings are useless, but I doubt you will let this one be published anyway..

I was told I could receive cell service where I lived even though I insisted I could not, so I ordered the product only to find out I was right. I had to send the item back and as of yet have not received a refund. Otherwise the product seemed to be worth the money and the reps. were very nice and helpful but why does it take so much time to get refunded when you order they can take it out of your account immediately????

They really didn't make me that happy actually they kept calling my phone l was dealing with Robert then all these other people was calling my phone l had a better experience with the women that I talked to

I, my husband, & my sister are living in one house. A few months ago, I purchased a Mobile Help for my sister. She wears her neck pendant. There was no unpleasant experience with the equipment. Last month, I purchased another one for my husband. He wore his neck pendant wherever he goes, & most of the time, he was in the garden. Several times, somebody from the office called to ask about the accident. I said there was no accident/emergency yet, how did they know. The answer was that a call to the office stated that there was an emergency in our house. There was even a time when the Lee Ambulance Team came to our house because they were informed of an emergency. So I have to call the office to ask why such has been happening. The lady who answered me later on found out that my sister has been using the pendant with a white button, while my husband has the blue button. This blue button appeared to be the reason, because every time that the wearer moves, a message was brought to their office that something went wrong. I told the lady that when I purchased the Mobile Help for my husband, nobody mentioned to me about the button or the difference from what my sister has. Anyway, that answered the problem. I was sent another pendant with the white button, I returned the one previously sent with the blue button. Aside from this, nothing yet happened in our family. And I would say that when I have to call the Mobile Help's phone, the one who answered was respectful, knowledgeable, & patient.

it's hard to write a review as I just started the service. Yes I got my supplies and it was easy to set up. I hope I never have to use it but do feel more secure knowing I have an alert system should something happen.
