First of all, I never received my equipment when I was told I would. Then I was told my equipment wouldn't be sent for another 2 weeks. I cancelled and said I wanted my money back. I was given a return number (verification). I waited a couple weeks. Then see the charge on my bank statement. I called right away. I was then told it was put back in my account that day. The girl evidently LIED to me. It has been a week and no credit.

Hi Sherrell, We received your review and we apologize for your experience at the time of cancellation. This is not an experience we want any of our customers to have. Your account was cancelled prior to shipment on 1/12/23. Payment made using a checking account have a 10 business day clearing period. MobileHelp has been amazing in helping keep our mother safe. They are fast to respond if you have to contact them great about letting you know when battery is low. They keep us well informed we would highly recommend them

I had always thought of these companies and devices as just another money making company but my family insisted if I wanted to live alone after having a life changing situation I ordered one. Within 3 days of set up I was extremely grateful I had gotten one!! I needed help at 1:30 in the morning, pushed the button and help arrived within 7 minutes. Thank You MobileHelp!!

Shortly after ordering MobileHelp, my mother went into Hospice and no longer needed the device. MobileHelp was so helpful instructing me how to return it.

This was very easy to set up and ready to go should we need it. Fortunately, we have not had to use it yet, but I'm sure if we do, all will be fine. The employee we dealt with to order it was very helpful and courteous.

I very much appreciate the tech support department. i am insecure with unfamiliar technology, and there was some (not major) equipment issues. The help I got was timely, clear, informative, explaining what steps to take, but giving the framework gor better comprehension. I am pleaased to have chosen Mobile Help.

Prepaid a year for my mother. Received Device. Was not able to activate. Spent an hour with technical support. Sent back device. They sent another device out. I could not activate this one. Spent an hour with technical l support. Sent it back. Took a week to get a prepaid fed ex shipping label emailed to me. Am waiting for my refund.

I like my necklace so far. Thankfully I have not had to use it yet. I have had it detect a fall two times when I had not fallen. I think it was just the way I rolled out of bed that made it go off. I was really pleased how easy it is to cancel the alert.
