I was having problems adjusting to the device, so I called Technical Support yesterday. Michael was extremely helpful - and patient - in testing the device and advising me on its use. I had determined that I did not really need the fall detector so he deactivated it for me.

They were quick to send out the pendant. Very helpful getting it set up. I would like to try all the features, ex. Do a fake fall, see how it responds, let my husband talk into it and really see how it works. We don't want to wait until we really need it to figure it out. Also the 4 names should get a practice call to see if they are really set up.

I didn't leave a review previously because I didn't understand how things worked. But yesterday I had to get something on the floor and my Mobile Help said a message to me. It told me to press the button if I was OK. That worked great and now I have confidence in how you work. I assume it will be aware if I do fall and I will be able to respond.

We requested a phone call after checking out the web page for more information. Within minutes we were talking with an agent. Fast service and easy to set up. I live alone and It has eased the anxiety knowing that help is just a button away, for both me and my family. It is very user-friendly.

MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I TEST ,i GET A FAILED ON AND SOMETIMES AFTER A FEW MIN. IT SAYS ALL IS OKAY AND OTHER TIMES STAYS AT FAILED NO NOTHING BACK. THIS "MOBILEHELP CONFUSES ME TO NO END. YES,AND I HAVE CALLED IN ON IT AND AM NOW ON MY 2ND MOBILEHELP AS THE 1ST MOBILEHELP WAS REPLACED AND RETURNED. POOR QUALITY IS ALL I CAN THINK IT CAN BE. HMMM???

The fall button is very sensitive, which is good. But the response from your call center is slow. My wife rolled over and the fall button was activated, then I tried to clear the call but the request to cancel didn't go through and I waited for someone at the call center to answer. That took longer than, in my belief, it should.

In the initial setup of the system for my mother we did a test call to the operator......we were put on hold for 5 seconds....couldn't help but laugh....emergency system and we get put on hold first time we test the system.....

We never got the chance to use the mobile help unit as my dad went to the hospital and is now in a nursing home. I will say that the customer help is excellent and the return of the unit was easy.

The device has given my family a sense of security as well as myself. I like the fact that I don't need to sleep in it and that it is shower safe, as long as it is not immersed in water. I am still getting used to wearing it and there are two things I don't like about it. Mine is very sensitive to the touch. I have had to cancel alert calls because I have laid it on the bed while changing clothes, or touched it while putting on a jacket. There have been several of these occasions. Also It cannot be worn under clothing. It is not attractive to wear when wearing for a party or dress up occasion. I don't want to leave it at home when going out but hate wearing such a visible device. Maybe I should have gotten the one worn on the wrist!

So far no issues with MobileHelp after almost one month. Setting up was easy. Testing was easy with the steps. The fall detection I purchased worked during testing. Hopefully, this will work when it is truly needed, but no worries at this time.

I haven't had to use it as yet but appreciate the simple way it works and that you can check with MobileHelp every once in a while to be sure it is working OK. I am completely satisfied.

I had a good experience ordering and receiving the button for around my neck. I didn't open the package to see the device as I had to cancel my order and sent it to the company. HMS

Although we only needed to use MobileHelp for a short period of time, the customer service was excellent. It was so easy to sign up and then to return once our loved one passed. Thank you so much for being so delicate during this time.
