Unable to give a higher score due to the fact it's gone off about 10 times since I've starting using this device. When I've needed it, it's getting charged.

The device goes off several times a day when I haven't fallen. One time the device fell off my neck and hit the floor and it didn't go off, so I am concerned about how accurate it is.

I Mobile help system seemed to work, but we didn't have it long enough. When I tried to return the system, the first customer service person told me she would send a paid mailing slip. The next gal, after I received a conflicting email with the return directions, said no to a paid postage slip, because my mom had not died. I feel you should pay the return postage no matter happens to the person using your Mobile Help system. Thank you. 406 390 2763.

I gave it 4 stars, for now, haven't had it long enough to see if the service gonna change. I will update it to 5 stars if the service stays the same. But so far so good customer service is helpful and very nice.

We are very new to the company and equipment so there is not a lot to say thus far. We have only tested the equipment, but the response was great! The set up was easy. The customer service on the front end(sales) was excellent! The representative was the most helpful and gracious than any of the other companies I contacted. The only negative is that we use the lanyard device and sometimes it gets behind my father’s neck where the button is on his back. Like when he lays down. He has difficulty pulling it back around because of his limitations using his arms.

So far I haven't needed to use it, but I find it comforting to know that it's out there! The people who staff the phones are extremely kind and polite. That in itself is worth a lot to me.

At first I had trouble.with mobile help every time I sat down kohls went because ther were little instruction. Was at a lose. But now it works just fine

My dog keeps stepping on the button, he sets it off, so I have to stop the call. I bet the people answering my call think I’m crazy.

MobileHelp made my family feel safe, cared for and made us feel like our wants needs and opinions mattered. Every person we talked to was professional and very knowledgeable, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell me and get me to buy more.

Feeling more confident to go anywhere. I had a fall, and, it dislocated my shoulder. High pain level. Screami ng at the top of my lungs to try to get lucky to be heard. I am a great screamer, and, got lucky. I did get help, from screaming. I had multiple back surgeries, that's life. I have to deal with certain realities. Getting up off the floor completely is hard for me. Sometimes, I cannot get off the floor, alone. That was before the dislocated shoulder. Now, the Mobilehelp device gives me a better look on the help getting up, if needed. When the button is pressed, a call is connected within seconds. From there, ask the operator anything. I know, I did it by accident, once. I have nothing but great things to say about the support, too. Get what you pay for. I'll take this.

The"necklace" is too sensitive. Sends "fall" alarms too often. However, you do not send an ambulance too quickly. Overall, the MobileHelp is working for me most of the time.
