I am highly disappointed in thar you have to be in range of an at&t tower for this device to be functional. I frequently am in an area that has very weak signal if any. I wish this information had been clear to me. If it had I never would have embarked in this program

Customer service was excellent. However the product was not as expected. The device was too sensitive resulting in several false alarms. Unfortunately, the recipient didn’t feel comfortable using it.

My farther needed help and he pressed the button and an ambulance came in 10 minutes and I got a text message saying that the emergency button was activated. Thanks mobile help

I feel confident and safe when wearing Mobile Help. I recently fell before Mobile Help and had to crawl to the phone. Now I feel safe!

I purchased this unit for my recently widowed mother, who is elderly and lives out of town. I submitted a request on their website and they called me within 5 minutes. Samantha walked me through everything, gave me suggestions and arranged the entire process. Then, the company walked my mom through how to set everything up and did some test calls. She is very happy and we both feel much better knowing someone is there to help in case she falls or has a medical issue at home. I strongly recommend this company.

So far I have been pleased with the product. It detected a fall as I was putting it back on its charger, so it is very sensitive. It did follow up with a question as to whether it was a fall, so that is a good feature.

I can honestly say my mother never got a chance to use the product but I have dealt with the customer service people and they are AMAZING!! Responded to my calls right away, returned emails right away. Should someone in my family ever need a product and service again, I will get this. GREAT customer service and friendly support team!! Thank you so much!!

Product and ability to connect for help seem good. It has been hard to get the alert sequencing correct as to who gets notified when the button is pushed

I am not at all happy with this device. We selected MonileHelp because it was the top rated device on AARP, but we now feel that rating was paid for. If you need a device for an elderly person who is frail, or has ANY memory loss at all, this is NOT the device for them. They will tell you the device battery’s charge lasts 4 days, but it does not. It must be charged daily, for 3 hours, and MobileHelp recommends charging at night. I do not feel my mom is one bit safer with this device. And in order to get what I need for Mom, they’re saying she will have to wear 3-4 devices. It’s awful. It is NOT for an elderly person.

I dislike the entire concept of having to wear this thing because it reminds me that I'm not a kid anymore, but that's hardly the device or the service's issue. I do feel more secure with it than I do without it, and my growing number of healthcare providers all congratulate me on having gotten it. And the process of signing up was quite simple and initializing the device was too. I took off one star because I feel the accelerometer that detects falls is just a little too sensitive. I suppose too sensitive is better than not sensitive enough, but it's annoying to hear "Fall detected!" because, among other things, I'm working at my lathe in my woodshop and the vibrations from the machine set off the alarm.

The service is great. I have a problem with my unit though. It goes off without me touching it and it doesn’t hold a charge for 24 hours which is aggravating.
