I really like this alert system. It was easy for me to set up for my mom. The ordering process was very easy and the man who helped us was super nice. My mom agreed we could buy it and then balked when we got it. She's had it a couple months now and seems to not mind it. She hates getting old and this is one more thing that she's not crazy about. It sure does give me and my brother peace of mind though. I love knowing that she has help if no one is around. Mom really likes that the base is tiny so there's not much cluttering up her table. We haven't needed to use it so far. Thank God!

The fall alert is was to senitive, Ken cant ware it. When he walks around the room, it goes off every time. I would like to take it off our device so Ken can use itm

i have been trying to call to set-up and always put on hold. i want to cancel my service and need you to send me a return postage mail slip so i can send back all this stuff. my husband went to the verizon store, bought me an iwatch, and got it set-up with all the things that your company provides.

'the necklace unit is fairly bulky. I rarely wear it because it is easily discharged. It called the alert when I rolled over in bed twice, once in the shower and again when I put it down carefully. That is very annoying but certainly sensitive. I will probably return even though I have paid for 6 months.

This gives me peace of mind that my mom is safer with this device. What needs to be improved though is the sensitivity of the device. If she slightly leans forward it automatically goes off and holding the button down doesn't always stop the action.

1) I had a billing issue that promised to be resolved but I have to wait until the next billing cycle to see results. 2) I chose Mobil Health for its monthly payment of $19.95/m but nowhere in the description did it say that the price is only for one year. That's why I'm giving it a three-star rating.

I highly recommend MobileHelp over other similiar services. They have been very thorough and caring regarding my mother-in laws needs and care. The equipment thus far has operated reliably. MobileHelp is a value and I'd recommend them to anyone concerned about a loved one.

It appears to be a good system. A question ---I shower wearing the pendant, is there any problem with doing that? Basically I wear the pendant 24x7. Please advise in writing (email or letter)
