I ordered a Micro SD Card which actually came in the post along with these SD Card adaptors after i had complained about the non delivery of Iphone Cables.
Website off, Phone Just rings, called Visa to Dispute. I actually work very close to listed address and directors address...may make a personal visit to see what they have to say. Can't just get away with taking peoples money with no explanation.”

“Had pretty much the same experience! Ordered an Apple OEM charger but received two worthless MicroSD card adapters (also in a plain white envelope) that you often get free with memory purchase! Emailed them thinking this must be a genuine mistake and had a response that their customer service would contact me in 1-2 days but no response - even to a follow-up email. Also tried to phone but the line appears to have been cut off. Similarly, website not accessible. Finally, made my credit card company aware and they have agreed to refund me and take up the matter. Important to get this message out to help others from falling victim to this dodgy company. Avoid!!!”
“Ordered a micro SD card on the 24th June 2017 and I received an email to say that it had been posted on the 30th June 2017, it is now 14th June 2017 and still no SD card, I have emailed them and received an automated reply letting me know that they "normally" reply within 1 to 2 days (really), I am still waiting for a reply, I tried calling them as I considered the wait for a reply too my email to be excessive, the phone call I made (when it is not giving the engaged tone) just rings and rings ( I think the engaged tone is from other disgruntled customers).
I have now raised a case with Paypal to get my money back.”

Anyhow, seems they have done a runner, so raised a paypal dispute.

Got a reply after 2 days. Received a little white envelope delivered by UK mail containing 2 Moby Memory micro to SD adapters.. Tried phoning and em,ailing but NO REPLY. Like many others, ordered a 32GB micro SD extreme memory card, paid £15.28 to MobyMemory.co.uk in London N17 by credit card. A week later I received two micro sd to sd adapters in a unsealed with envelope all enclosed in a grey plastic bag proportedly from Newbay Trading limited. The envelope was delivered by UKMail.
I have sent them emails and tried to speak to them by phone but they never answer. It appears the site is now down.
Even now TrustPilot rates this outfit as 8 out of 10. So much for TrustPilot.”
“Ordered Compact Flash card and received three useless black MobyMemory Branded Sd cards, loose in white envelope. Emails not responded to, website down and telephones unanswered, although ringing. I have reported to bank and Trading Standards, but more importantly the Police Fraud dept, you can complete the form online. I would urge everyone effected to do the same.”
