“I have been ordering from Modaboost for about a year now. Never had a major issue as of yet, but there are a few things that could be improved. First the tracking emails are sent multiple days after the product has been shipped. I use USPS Informed Delivery so I can see exactly when the items shipped, because relying on the emails isn't realistic. The US to US handling fees are absurd. Really I wouldn't mind charging $70+ in handling and shipping if the shipping time frames were actually honored—but too often orders don't get shipped out for 5+ days after payment is sent
The pros are quality is great. Never had any issues in quality. Reliability overall is also good. I've never had an order not show up or any issues like that. It's also nice to have domestic US options for speed, although as mentioned earlier the price is hefty and shipping times are inconsistent.
Now we can go onto my most recent order. I placed an order 5 days ago. It hasn't been shipped. No tracking email. Also no response from support upon putting in a support ticket to see what's going on. I'll come back to this review when I get more information”
“Update on last review. Please disregard my previous review. The reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I payed for US to US shipping and sadly that was not the case in total delivery days. It still took the same amount of time as if I would have ordered overseas. I can see if there was a delay in my order they could have at least notified me of that then I would have understood that… because stuff like that happens. But still that wasn’t the case. I had to personally reach out to them to see what was up with my order. Again they shipped it out when it was available and my item is on its way. Thanks”
