“Good Morning We came to Caterham yesterday and had the most wonderful service from Danica. She was so lovely, very knowledgeable and gave us space while we discussed the various options, an asset to you at Moda. Looking forward to sitting in our garden with our new furniture! Many thanks”

“Furninure was delivered within 6 days over ordering with Easter Monday in between. The delivery men (Mark and Brian) were quick, efficient and very informative on how to put the table together. The reason for only giving Moda 4 stars is due to the 4 panels which form part of the underneath of the table are dated, therefore I will be contacting customer services regarding this.”

“Our Garden Furniture is fantastic! Really finishes off our garden. Delivered within 5 days of ordering, with a bank holiday in between too! Lewy & Rob were brilliant during delivery & installation. They overcame an access problem with minimal fuss & put together the furniture in our garden very efficiently. Above all, both were very friendly, & represented Moda Furniture in a very professional manner. Will definitely recommend Moda to friends & family.”

“Very good experience. Lisa sent us samples to help us select the final colour choice and set. The delivery office were great arranging a time that suited me. And John and Garry arrived when they said they would, assembling the whole set for us and taking away the packaging.”

“Everyone we came in to contact with at Moda was very helpful, friendly and professional, right from our initial meeting with Rhiannon in Cheltenham. She was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us come to a decision. We decided to pay the additional cost to have the furniture unpacked, assembled and checked by the delivery drivers and are we glad we did! Terry S and Dave H couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. They called 30 minutes prior to the visit and turned up exactly as expected. They assembled the furniture and made sure we understood all the safety feature with the fire pit and even spoke to the shop to check on the cover size to ensure we had the correct one. They were a delight to deal with. Thank you to all those involved.”
