“We are so impressed with our furniture from Moda Furnishings UK. We have a dining set, corner sofa set and have just ordered 2 x storage boxes for the cushions. The quality is fantastic. We have been kept completely informed on the progress of our orders and deliveries which was very reassuring. The guys who delivered everything on both occasions so far (Lewis C and Damien B) were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Simply outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you Moda! 😁👍🏼”

“OMG the lads, Nyle and Leon, couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful or polite. We had a little issue with the burners on our bar set that we bought from Moda, when we bought the said set we were told if anything went wrong to just ring them and they would come out and fix it, when they delivered the chairs I’d ordered they brought a complete new burner and refused to leave until it was working and we were completely happy, all the rubbish was removed, they put the furniture exactly where we wanted it. I cannot recommend Moda furnishings highly enough and have told all my friends to go buy their garden furniture from them, two of whom have. Even the warehouse lads were exceptionally helpful, Garry the manager is so laid back and helpful it’s just unbelievable to think that companies like this still exis, it restores faith in human nature. Thanks lads xx”

“Ordered the furniture 3 weeks ago via their website which was quick and easy, advised delivery time of 3-5 weeks but was expecting longer. Furniture delivered today by Mark and Brian who did a great job of getting the chairs into our garden. The chairs look great, just hope the weather improves to use them. Thanks Moda”

“We’re delighted with our sofa set and bar set with fire pit. A huge thank you and deep appreciation for Kevin (W) and David (H) who were magnificent in unpacking and setting up all the components. There was nothing that was too much trouble for any of the team that helped us from the start of our purchase in the showroom through to our delivery and installation yesterday. Amazing service! Thank you”

“I had been everywhere to try and buy some decent Rattan garden furniture. I was repeatedly told that delivery would be several months. On visiting Moda in Manchester we were assisted by Lovisa who was very informative and helpful and gave us time to look around and consider our options. We really liked the quality and the 7 year warranty so we decided on two sets of the Primo 5 giving us seating for 8. Lovisa said it would be 3 to 5 weeks delivery but that the items were in stock. 5 days later the bulk of our furniture arrived still waiting for the two tables but delighted to receive it so soon. Dave H and Ste D did a great job lifting it over the fencing into the back garden and were polite and helpful showing us how the clips worked to clip the chairs together. It was such a quick efficient and easy process I am somewhat overwhelmed. I’m so used to delays and problems with delivery these days so dealing with Moda was a real pleasure”
