“We had our table and chairs delivered today by Mark C & Danny N. They called to anticipate their arrival and were subsequently very punctual, professional and courteous. After assembling our furniture they took time to ensure we were fully satisfied and our questions were answered. All in all, a five star service once again from Moda and their employees.”

“Rob and George delivered our beautiful furniture today. I received a text in the morning and Rob rang me when they were 30 mins away - they were very polite and friendly which is important when this is an exciting purchase for us. Unfortunately I would have given 5 stars if the scatter cushions I had ordered with the furniture were as described on the website. The cushion is called pattern dark grey unfortunately they are navy. When I called customer service they bluntly stated they could be returned at a cost to myself. As a minor issue one of the solid olive green cushions had a mark and seemed grubby which the girl offered to swap out after emailing evidence again at my cost I assume - disappointing after sale service.”

“The young guy in the warehouse (Matt?) was really helpful today. He made sure that we understood the process and that we were aware of what the issue was, with the clearance furniture that I bought. He then organised for the furniture to be delivered same day and it came about four hours later!! Terry & Dave we’re the guys who delivered the furniture and they were equally as friendly and helpful. They had to wait while I moved my car and then they brought all the furniture in and set it up on our deck. They made sure I knew how to clip it all together and how the fire pit works. Genuinely great service from start to finish! Very happy!”

“Came to the Manchester store yesterday, where we served by Molly, no sooner had we stepped into store and had a hot drink in our hands. Molly then went above and beyond to help answer all our questions. and believe me. we had many. She then went up and downstairs numerous times to get us the right information. Over all a great experience.”

“Aaron and Theo were great in sorting the delivery of my replacement lounger. They carried everything into the garden for me, checked I was happy that everything matched ok and even checked whether my other faulty lounger could be replaced (it was a ‘no’ from customer services). Really prompt and professional service. Thank you!”
